Fran Stenson (born 27 April 2001) is an English footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Women's Championship club Southampton and the England under-23 team.
Fran Stenson made her professional debut on 1 October 2017 when she came on as a second-half substitute for Ann-Katrin Berger in Birmingham City's 2–1 win over Everton in the FA WSL, though she had previously started for England U17s a few weeks earlier. Following a transfer to Manchester City, she made her full club start in the FA WSL Cup against Aston Villa on 13 December 2018.
In February 2019, Stenson went on loan to Blackburn Rovers of the FA Women's National League North. She was understudying Karen Bardsley and Ellie Roebuck at Manchester City, while Blackburn urgently required a goalkeeper following injuries to both Danielle Gibbons and Danielle Hill. [3]
During preseason, Stenson appeared as part of the Arsenal squad during the Emirates Cup. She officially signed with the team on 16 August 2019. [4] On 6 September 2019, Stenson returned to Blackburn Rovers on loan, this time in the FA Women's Championship. [5]
On 11 July 2024, Stenson joined Women's Championship club Southampton. [6]

Bristol City Women's Football Club is a women's association football team from the city of Bristol. Formed in 1998 as Bristol Rovers W.F.C., they were renamed Bristol Academy W.F.C. in 2005 following the withdraw of support from Bristol Rovers and increased involvement and academy development from Bristol Academy of Sport, part of South Gloucestershire and Stroud College. A second change of name, this time to Bristol City was approved by the FA Women's Football Board in time for the 2016 WSL season. With their home games relocating from SGS College's Stoke Gifford Stadium to the Robins High Performance Centre and now Ashton Gate Stadium. Bristol City Women won promotion to the FA Women's Super League (WSL), the highest level of the women's game in England in 2016 and stayed there for five seasons before being relegated to the FA Women's Championship in 2021.
Danielle Marie Hill is a retired English football goalkeeper and currently the goalkeeping coach for the Blackburn Rovers of the FA Women's Championship. She retired in 2020 after a spell with Blackburn Rovers. Hill briefly played for Doncaster Rovers Belles in the FA WSL 2. Born in Liverpool, she began her career with Everton Ladies and had a previous spell with Blackburn Rovers. She also played for ÍBV of the Icelandic Úrvalsdeild and in Norway for Toppserien club Avaldsnes IL. She has represented England up to Under 23 level.
