Francis Xavier "Frank" Gorman (born November 11, 1937, in New York, New York) is a former American diver. He represented the United States at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, where he received a silver medal in men's 3 metre springboard. [1] Gorman's finish was part of a 1964 Olympic springboard diving medal sweep for the American team, with Ken Sitzberger and Larry Andreasen placing first and third, respectively. [2]

In 1964, Sitzberger was trailing the teammate Frank Gorman after nine of the ten dives, but Gorman performed poorly on his last dive, while Sitzberger was nearly flawless.

Jack David Laugher is a British diver competing for Great Britain and England. A specialist on springboard, he competes in individual springboard events, and in synchronised events with Chris Mears, Daniel Goodfellow and Anthony Harding. Laugher and Mears became Britain's first diving Olympic champions by winning a gold medal in the men's synchronised 3m springboard event at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, an achievement many had expected double world 10m champion Tom Daley would achieve first. A week later, Laugher won a silver in the men's individual 3m springboard at the same Games, becoming the first British diver to win multiple Olympic diving medals at the same Games.
Richard Walter "Rick" Gilbert is an American former diver and coach who competed in the 1968 Summer Olympics. He was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He won two World University (FISU) Games gold medals, was silver medalist on 3-meter in the 1963 Pan American Games and amassed five Big Ten and seven national titles while at Indiana University. He was a six-time NCAA All-American and four-time AAU All-American and won one NCAA and six national AAU titles. Gilbert was on the 1968 United States Olympic Team that competed in Mexico City. After Mexico City, he became coach of diving at Cornell University, where he coached 39 years until his retirement in 2007. Gilbert was named Eastern Intercollegiate Swimming League Women's Diving Coach of the Year in 1991, 1992 and 1993 and Men's Diving Coach of the Year in 1984. He was chairman of the NCAA Diving Rules Sub-Committee from 1976 to 1980. He was inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 1973, the Indiana University Athletic Hall of Fame in 1997, and into the Pennsylvania Aquatics Hall of Fame in 2019.
Anabelle "Belle" Smith is an Australian diver. She is the 2022 Commonwealth Games champion in the 3 metre synchronized springboard. She competed in the 3 m springboard synchronized event at the 2012, 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics. She won a bronze medal in 2016, and was placed fifth in 2012.
