Willie Frank Harvey (born January 19, 1971) is a former American football running back who played one season with the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Georgia and was drafted by the Cardinals in the seventh round of the 1994 NFL draft. [1] [2] He was also a member of the Cleveland Browns. [3]
