Robert Lee Williams was an American lawyer,judge,and the third governor of Oklahoma. Williams played a role in the drafting of the Oklahoma Constitution and served as the first Oklahoma Supreme Court chief justice. He also served as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. As Governor,Williams oversaw the state's response to the United States Supreme Court's ruling against Jim Crow laws and its involvement in World War I. He instituted the Oklahoma State Board of Affairs,which provided central purchasing services to state agencies. Due to his direct administrative role and concentration of power,Williams counteracted the loss of executive power under Governor Lee Cruce.
Bernard W. Bierman was an American college football coach best known for his years as head coach of the Minnesota Golden Gophers football program. Between 1934 and 1941,his Minnesota teams won five national championships and seven Big Ten championships and had four perfect seasons.

Robert Alexander Hefner,born in Hunt County,Texas,to William Lafayette Hefner and Sarah Jane Masters Hefner,was a lawyer-turned-politician. He served as mayor of Ardmore,Oklahoma,and of Oklahoma City,and as a justice of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma. He is notable as the originator of the mineral transfer deed known as the Hefner Form,which is still used at present. Hefner was inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame in 1949.
Russell M. Perry is an American businessman,banker,publisher,and broadcaster from Oklahoma. Perry served as the Oklahoma Secretary of Commerce from 1999 to 2000,having been appointed by governor of Oklahoma Frank Keating. Perry was the first African American to hold that position. After being nominated by Keating,Perry was never confirmed by the Oklahoma Senate. Perry's appointment became a central issue in the 2001 Oklahoma Supreme Court case Keating v. Edmondson.
The Oklahoma Hall of Fame was founded in 1927 by Anna B. Korn to officially celebrate Statehood Day,recognize Oklahomans dedicated to their communities,and provide educational programming for all ages. The first Oklahoma Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony was held the next year,inducting the first two members into the hall of fame. In the 1970s,the Hefner Mansion was donated to the association to house the exhibits and busts or portraits of the inductees,and the organization changed its name to the Oklahoma Heritage Association in 1971. It then moved into the former Mid-Continent Life Insurance building in Oklahoma City in 2007 and opened the Gaylord-Pickens Museum with interactive exhibits. In 2015,the organization changed its name for the final time to the Oklahoma Hall of Fame,in order to better represent the goals and mission of the organization.
Alma Bell Wilson was an Oklahoma attorney who was appointed as the second female district judge in the state of Oklahoma in 1975. In 1982,she was elevated as the first woman to serve on the Oklahoma Supreme Court and between 1995 and 1997 was the first woman chief justice. Wilson was honored by many awards in her lifetime including induction into the Oklahoma Women's Hall of Fame,the Oklahoma Hall of Fame and was named Appellate Judge of the Year in both 1986 and 1989.
John Michael O'Connor is an American attorney and politician who served as the 19th attorney general of Oklahoma between 2021 and 2023. O’Connor was previously a shareholder of Hall Estill and a nominee to be a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma,the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma,and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
Richard Darby is an American lawyer and the former chief justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. On April 5,2018,Governor Mary Fallin appointed Darby to the Oklahoma Supreme Court to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Joseph M. Watt.
Ernest Moss Tipton was an American judge and college sports coach. He served on the Supreme Court of Missouri for 22 years,from 1933 until his death in 1955. Tipton was the head football coach at Westminster College in Fulton,Missouri from 1911 to 1912,Texas Christian University (TCU) in 1918,and East Texas State Normal College—now known as the Texas A&M University–Commerce in 1919. He was also the head basketball coach at East Texas State for one season,in 1919–20.
Charles F. Barrett was an American journalist,soldier,and politician from the U.S. state of Oklahoma who served as the Adjutant General of Oklahoma between 1919-1923 and 1925–1939. He lead National Guard response to the Tulsa race massacre.
