Frankie Mossman (born February 6, 2006) is an American racing driver. [1] He currently competes in the 2024 USF Pro 2000 Championship driving for Jay Howard Driver Development. [2] [3]
In 2022, Mossman would compete at rounds 5–7 in the 2022 USF2000 Championship at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway driving for Jay Howard Driver Development. He would have a best finish of 8th in race 1.
For 2023, Mossman would make his debut in the 2023 Formula 4 United States Championship driving for Jay Howard Driver Development. [4] He would score his best finish of second at the race three held at Road America. Mossman would only contest half of the season even though he signed with the team for the full season. He would finish 11th in the standings.
Following his stint in the Formula 4 United States Championship, Mossman paired up with Jay Howard Driver Development to debut in the 2023 USF Pro 2000 Championship at the Circuit of the Americas. [2] He would finish a best of 9th at COTA, and at Portland International Raceway, he would retire in all three races.
On December 14, 2023, it was announced that Mossman would compete in the 2024 USF Pro 2000 Championship full-time, sticking with Jay Howard Driver Development. [3] At the first race at Road America, he would have a series best finish of 2nd behind Lochie Hughes. [5]
