Frauen und Film was founded in Berlin in 1974 by filmmaker Helke Sander. Since 1983 it has been based in Frankfurt. [1]

The 2020–21 2. Frauen-Bundesliga is the 17th season of Germany's second-tier women's football league. The season began on 4 October 2020 and conclude on 6 June 2021. The champions and runners-up will be promoted to the Frauen-Bundesliga, while the bottom three teams will be relegated to the Frauen-Regionalliga.
