Frost Brown Todd LLP is a national law firm with over 600 attorneys working across 17 offices in California, Colorado, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia. [1] It resulted from the 2000 merger of Frost & Jacobs LLP, a Cincinnati-based firm, with Brown Todd & Heyburn PLLC, a Louisville-based firm, forming Frost Brown Todd.

In January 2009, the firm merged with the Indianapolis-based law firm of Locke Reynolds LLP. [2] In 2023, Frost Brown Todd expanded to California through its merger with AlvaradoSmith, adding offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Orange County. [3] More recently, as part of the firm's coast-to-coast expansion, it added Denver to the list of markets where Frost Brown Todd now has an office. [4]

Edwards Wildman was an AmLaw 100 law firm. It was formed from the 2011 merger of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge and Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon. Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge had been formed by the 2005 merger of Edwards & Angell LLP and Palmer & Dodge LLP. Anna Shelley Brown is a lawyer and advocate, particularly in the area of LGBTIQ rights. After working for the Human Rights Law Centre for around seven years, in December 2018 she was appointed chief executive of new LGBTI advocacy organisation Equality Australia

David Isaac, CBE is a British solicitor and Provost of Worcester College, Oxford, where he took office in July 2021. He was previously a partner at law firm Pinsent Masons. He was appointed as the chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission in 2016, serving in that capacity until August 2020. He is also chair of the Court of Governors at University of the Arts London (2018–present). He was previously chair of Stonewall from 2003 to 2012. He was a director of the Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Fund (2005–2014), the Big Lottery Fund (2014–2018), Black Mountains College (2019–20) and a trustee of 14-18 NOW (2016–2019).
