Fuad Salayev (born 1943) is an Azerbaijani sculptor and teacher. He was awarded the title People's Artist of Azerbaijan.[ when? ]
He was born in 1943. He graduated from Azerbaijan State Art School named after A. Azimzade and went to Moscow and graduated from Surikov Moscow Art Institute.
Furthermore, he was involved in many exhibitions of the Soviet Union, and he had many creative projects with the Russian Academy of Arts. He created the public monument of poet Sergei Yesenin, which was his first major work. But the poet's monument in Russia at that time was not raised yet. He is also the vice rector of the Russian Academy of Arts. [1]
Salayev was honored with the Shohrat Order. [2] [3] Salayev was named an academician of the Russian Academy of Arts. [4]
Vladimir Yevgrafovich Tatlin was a Russian and Soviet painter, architect and stage-designer. Tatlin achieved fame as the architect who designed The Monument to the Third International, more commonly known as Tatlin's Tower, which he began in 1919. With Kazimir Malevich he was one of the two most important figures in the Soviet avant-garde art movement of the 1920s, and he later became an important artist in the constructivist movement.

In 2001 his studio in Moscow was given the status of a State Museum, known as Bourganov's House. His other works around Moscow include a series of fountains and statues on Ukrainsky Boulvar, near the Hotel Ukraine.
Azim Aslan oghlu Azimzade was an Azerbaijani artist, satirist, and caricaturist. He was awarded the honorary title of People's Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR in 1927.
Fuad Hasan oghlu Abdurahmanov was a popular Azerbaijani monument sculptor. He received many awards, including: Honored Worker of Arts of the Azerbaijan SSR (1943), People's Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR (1955), the first Azerbaijani to become a corresponding member of the Academy of Arts of the USSR (1949), and Laureate of the State Stalin Prize two times.

Salhab Isa oghlu Mammadov is an Azerbaijani sculptor-painter, vice-rector of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts, first deputy chairman of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, professor, People's Artist of Azerbaijan (2006).
