Fuego was a Commercial-free music channel on the XM Satellite Radio network that specializes in playing reggaeton, Latin Hip-hop and Rap and Hispanic rhythmic. It was available on channel 90 on XM Radio Online and channel 870 on DirecTV.

XM Satellite Radio company

XM Satellite Radio (XM) was one of the three satellite radio (SDARS) and online radio services in the United States and Canada, operated by Sirius XM Holdings. It provided pay-for-service radio, analogous to cable television. Its service included 73 different music channels, 39 news, sports, talk and entertainment channels, 21 regional traffic and weather channels and 23 play-by-play sports channels. XM channels were identified by Arbitron with the label "XM".

Reggaeton is a music style which originated in Puerto Rico during the late 1990s. It is influenced by American hip hop, Latin American, and Caribbean music. Vocals include rapping and singing, typically in Spanish.

Hispanic rhythmic, also known as Hispanic urban or "Hurban", is an American radio and format genre that features a Spanish-language musical mix of Latin hip-hop, Latin trap, reggaeton, dancehall, Latin pop, dance, tropical and salsa hits, all geared towards a bilingual audience, most of them being third-generation Hispanics. Most Hispanic rhythmics also incorporate English-language R&B/hip-hop product onto their playlists, and uses English-speaking or bilingual DJs to present and play the music on their stations that programs the format.

This channel was programmed by Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation under the name Alegria with a Latin pop format, until it merged with Univision Radio in 2002. Univision Radio programmed the channel until 2004, where the channel was programmed by XM Radio. XM Radio changed the format 2005-08-14 and changed the name of the channel on 2006-04-17. Latin Pop can be on Viva (now online-only), XM 91. XM Radio Canada added the channel on April 1, 2007.

Latin pop is a music genre that contains sounds or influence from Latin America or Latin Europe, but it can also mean pop music from anywhere in the Spanish-speaking world. Latin pop usually combines upbeat Latin music with American pop music. Latin pop is commonly associated with Spanish-language pop, rock, and dance music.

XM Radio Canada

XM Radio Canada was the operating name of Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc., a Canadian communications and media company, which was incorporated in 2002 to broadcast satellite radio in Canada. Following the merger of Sirius XM Radio in the United States, XM Canada and its competitor Sirius Canada reached a deal in late 2010 to merge into SiriusXM Canada, which was approved by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission on April 11, 2011 and completed on June 21, 2011.

On 2007-11-19, Fuego was removed for the holiday channels. The channel did not return to the satellites and was replaced with Caricia on 2008-01-01.

This channel was removed from XM Online and DirecTV on 2008-07-15.

This format is now heard on Flow Nacion SiriusXM channel 506

MIX, often branded on-air as Today's Mix, was a Commercial-free channel on XM Satellite Radio playing the Hot Adult Contemporary format. It was located on XM 12 and plays a mix of hit songs from 1980-present day, except for urban music. MIX was one of 5 channels on XM's platform that plays commercial advertisements, which amount to about 3–4 minutes an hour, and were sold by Premiere Radio Networks. The channel was programmed by Clear Channel Communications, and was Clear Channel's most listened to channel on XM Radio, in both cume and AQH, according to the Fall 2007 Arbitron book.

The Torch (XM)

The Torch was a station on XM Satellite Radio's online service channel 31 that played Christian rock music. The Torch blended progressive Christian music.

Top 20 on 20

Top 20 on 20 was a commercial-free, interactive hit music satellite radio station. It was on channel 3 on Sirius XM Radio. The channel played everything new from rock to rap, with the songs chosen by online votes to the XM website. One could also vote their favorite songs by calling the station number (866-553-2020), or text messaging, Sirius XM Love moved from Sirius 3, XM 23 and Dish Network 6003 to Sirius XM Radio 17 and Dish Network 6017 as part of the May 4 channel lineup.

The Music Summit was a channel on XM Satellite Radio located on channel 13. The channel was programmed out of Cincinnati, Ohio, and sold to advertisers by Premiere Radio Networks. The terrestrial version is still free to air for HD Radio listeners on HD2 or HD3 stations owned by Clear Channel Communications in select radio markets.

Pop2K is a commercial-free all-2000s radio station that is broadcast on Sirius XM Radio. It is located on channel 10, and Dish Network 6010 and 099-10. It plays a range of top 40 hits in the 21st century similar to Venus. Some music would come from the late 1990s. The channel is also used for XM's annual pop music chronology, IT. Starting in late 2009, the station started to play more deeper cuts and not the popular hits from the decade, to give it a more or less nostalgic flavor that the decades stations have. By 2010, no new 2010s music has been played unless it is left over from 2009, making it a 2000s-only station. By December 18, 2009, Mediabase stopped reporting the channel's playlist.

Oprah Radio

Oprah Radio was a talk radio channel programmed by Harpo Productions' radio division, and was signed exclusively for Sirius XM Satellite Radio. The channel left satellite radio on December 31, 2014.

Sirius XM Love is a music channel that plays love songs from soft-AC artists and airs on Sirius XM Radio, and Dish Network. It airs on channel 70 on Sirius XM Radio. On XM, it replaced former channel The Heart on November 12, 2008. On Sirius XM Canada, the channel retained the old Sirius Love name, Until February 9, 2010, Sirius XM Love was on DirecTV channel 819, but all of the Sirius XM programming was dropped in favor of Sonic Tap.

U-Pop

U-Pop was a satellite radio channel programmed by Washington, DC based 1worldspace. U-Pop could originally be heard globally on WorldSpace's Afristar and Asiastar satellites. The channel features hit music from around the globe including hits from Europe, Japan, Africa, America and Latin America. It is available on 1worldspace radio only.

The Pulse (SiriusXM)

The Pulse is a Sirius XM Radio station that plays music from the late 2000s and present-day on channel 15 and Dish Network channel 6015. Every half-hour The Pulse's Jim Ryan or Ron Ross reviews music news on tours, future albums, and other topics covered.

The Move was one of ten Dance/Electronic music Commercial-free satellite channels operated by Sirius XM Radio, which in turn operated as part of XM Satellite Radio's five Dance/Electronic formatted offerings, broadcasting on channel 80.

Aguila was a channel on the Sirus XM Radio network that specializes in playing Regional Mexican. It was available on channel 92 on XM and channel 871 on DirecTV. The only on-air personality is the Mad Mexican. XM Radio Canada added the channel on April 1, 2007. Aguila retired on November 12, 2008 in result of the SIRIUS XM merger. Regional Mexican music can now be heard on Caliente. SIRIUS channel 83 and XM channel 85, Sirius XM returned Águila to the lineup, to Sirius XM Radio 94.

Caliente is the name of an Sirius XM Radio's Tropical music channel, playing Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and Reggaeton. It is available on 158, and previously channel 85 on XM) and on Dish Network channel 6095, Until February 9, 2010, it was heard on DirecTV channel 869, but all of the Sirius XM music channels were dropped in favor of Sonic Tap by DMX. Prior to the Sirius/XM merger, Caliente was on XM channel 94, This channel was on Sirius XM Radio 69 and Dish Network 6069 when Escape was online, On November 12, 2015, Escape returned to Sirius XM Radio 69 and Dish Network 6069 and Caliente returned to the Latin lineup.

Vibra (XM)

Vibra was an XM Satellite Radio DirecTV exclusive commercial-free music channel. The channel was removed from satellite lineup on 2004-08-02, and was one of two XM channels that did not air on Satellite or online service, available to only DirecTV subscribers. Vibra played a mix of Latin Pop Rock from artists such as Fabulosos Cadillacs, Mana, Café Tacuba, Volumen Cero, Enanitos Verdes and Fito Páez. The channel was only available to DirecTV subscribers who subscribe to the DirecTV MÁS Programming package. On November 12, 2008 it was removed from the DirecTV lineup.

Caricia radio station on XM Satellite Radio

Caricia was a radio station on XM Satellite Radio channel 93 and DirecTV channel 875. The channel had been removed from the satellite lineup on February 2, 2004 but was relaunched on January 2, 2008. Caricia plays a mixture of Spanish oldies from artists such as Julio Iglesias, Camilo Sesto, José José, Jose Feliciano, Leo Dan, etc. In addition, the channel is available only to DirecTV subscribers who subscribe to the Spanish language programming package.

Escape (Sirius XM) Sirius XM radio channel

Escape is a Sirius XM Satellite Radio music channel, available on XM channel 69, Sirius channel 69 and DISH Network channel 6069, as well as online and via a mobile app.

Sirius XM Pops

Sirius XM Pops is a Sirius XM Satellite Radio online station devoted to popular classical music. It was formerly available on XM channel 75, Sirius channel 75. Until February 9, 2010, it was heard on Direct TV channel 866. Preston Trombly, Paul Bachmann, Vincent Caruso, Martin Goldsmith, and Lauren Rico are the channel's principal on-air voices.

The Bridge is on Sirius XM Radio channel 32 and Dish Network 6032. It is devoted to gold-based soft rock and adult contemporary music. The channel is programmed by Mary Sue Twohy. The channel plays mainly 1970s acts, such as Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor, Carole King, Jackson Browne, Elton John, Jim Croce, The Eagles, America, and Billy Joel, along with some later 1980s and 1990s artists like Sting, Bonnie Raitt, and others. It was basically the 1960s and 1970s counterpart of the former StarLite channel for the Sirius service before the Sirius/XM merger replaced StarLite with The Blend.

Fusion TV is an American pay television news and satire channel owned by Fusion Media Group, a multi-platform media company that is owned by Univision Communications, which relies in part on the resources of its parent company's news division, Noticias Univision. In addition to conventional television distribution, Fusion is streamed online and on mobile platforms to subscribers of participating cable and satellite providers.
