Steven Cyril DeLong was an American football defensive lineman who played professionally in the American Football League (AFL) and the National Football League (NFL). He was a first round draft selection in both the AFL and NFL Drafts in 1965. He played collegiately for the University of Tennessee, and professionally for the San Diego Chargers and Chicago Bears. In 1969 with San Diego, he set a team record with 17 sacks, a mark which stood until Gary Johnson had 17+1⁄2 in 1980. He was traded from the Chargers to the Bears on July 26, 1972, for a fourth-round selection in the 1973 NFL draft.
Gary Galen Glick was a professional American football safety who played six seasons in the National Football League (NFL) before he concluded his career in the American Football League (AFL) for one season. He was the number one overall selection in the 1956 NFL draft. To date, Glick is still the only defensive back ever to be picked first overall in any NFL draft.

Norman Earl Evans is an American former professional football player who was an offensive tackle for 14 seasons in the American Football League (AFL) and National Football League (NFL). Evans is the only player in NFL history to be chosen in two expansion drafts. He played college football for the TCU Horned Frogs. The Miami Dolphins took Evans from the Houston Oilers in the 1966 AFL Expansion draft. He played 10 seasons with Miami. Evans was also chosen by the Seattle Seahawks in the 1976 NFL Expansion Draft and played three seasons there. He was selected to two Pro Bowls and played in three Super Bowls, all with the Dolphins.
Harry Frederick Schuh was an American professional football offensive tackle who played in the American Football League (AFL) and National Football League (NFL).
Allen F. Reynolds was an American college and professional football guard who played eight seasons in the American Football League from 1960-1967 for the Dallas Texans/Kansas City Chiefs. Allen is an alumnus of Tarkio College in Tarkio, Missouri where he was inducted into the Tarkio College Hall of Fame in 1987.
Edgar Thomas Chandler, Jr. was an American football player who played linebacker professionally for six seasons for the Buffalo Bills in the American Football League (AFL) and the National Football League (NFL), and for the NFL's New England Patriots. Chandler was a two-time All-American at the University of Georgia, in 1966 and 1967.
Willie Hector, Jr. was an American football offensive guard who played one season with the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Rams in the fifth round of the 1961 NFL draft. He was also drafted by the San Diego Chargers of the American Football League (AFL) in the tenth round of the 1961 AFL Draft. Hector played college football at Pacific. He was also a member of the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Buford Needham "Butch" Allison was a professional gridiron football offensive lineman who played for the Baltimore Colts and New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL) and the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at the University of Missouri. Allison was drafted in both the seventh round of the 1966 AFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders and the second round of the 1966 NFL draft by the Baltimore Colts, who he played the 1966 NFL season with. He played for both the New Orleans Saints and Edmonton Eskimos in 1967.
