Gaursons India Private Limited (GIL) is based in Delhi/NCR, India. It was incorporated in the year 1995 as a private limited company and was later on converted into public limited company in year 2000. [1] The company was founded by B.L. Gaur in the year 1995. Manoj Gaur is the Managing Director of the company. Till date the company has done more than 5.5 million Sqft of real estate development in Delhi NCR region particularly in Noida, Ghaziabad and Yamuna Expressway region. They have delivered 65+ projects including both residential and commercial. The company and its subsidiaries are currently executing 17 residential projects and 13 commercial projects. Gaursons has also developed township project named Gaur City in Greater Noida West which is today home to almost 25000 families. In 2014 Gaursons launched a township project named Gaur Yamuna City which was launched by Bollywood stars Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor [2] [3] on Yamuna Expressway on the land purchased from Jaypee Group. Greater Noida is a planned city located in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The city was created as an extension of the area under the UP Industrial Area Development Act, of 1976. Situated 40.2 km (25.0 mi) southeast of the Center of capital city of New Delhi, it takes around 30 minutes to travel between the cities via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The Delhi–Noida Direct Flyway or DND Flyway is India's first 8-lane wide, 7.5 km (4.7 mi) long access-controlled expressway in Delhi NCR. It connects Maharani Bagh and Nizamuddin on the western side to Noida (Sector-15A) and Mayur Vihar on the eastern side of the Yamuna river. The Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited (NTBCL) owned by IL&FS, operate and maintains it on build-own-operate-transfer (BOOT) basis. The expressway, which was opened to the public in January 2001 was constructed by Japan based Mitsui-Marubeni Corporation Ltd. The length of main carriageway (MCW), including bridge on Yamuna river is 6.0 km. Rest 1.5 km is Mayur Vihar link (MVL), which was opened in 2008.

The Western Peripheral Expressway (WPE) or Kundli–Manesar–Palwal Expressway, is an operational 6-lane, 135.6 km (84.3 mi)-long Expressway in the Haryana state of India. Along with the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, the Western Peripheral Expressway is expected to divert more than 50,000 heavy vehicles away from Delhi, which will help to maintain good air quality in Delhi. Western Peripheral Expressway along with Eastern Peripheral Expressway completes the largest Ring Road around Delhi. There are 10 tolled entries and exits, from north to south - Kundli, Kharkhoda, Bahadurgarh, Badli, Fartukhnagar, Panchgaon, Manesar, Taoru, Sohna & Palwal. Toll rate notified in December 2018 is INR1.35 per km for cars, INR2.18 per km for light motor vehicles, INR4.98 per km for trucks and buses, and two wheelers are not permitted on the expressway.

The Ghaziabad–Jewar Regional Rapid Transit System is a proposed 72.44 km (45.01 mi)-long semi high-speed rail and regional transit corridor that will connect the National Capital Region (NCR) cities of Ghaziabad, Noida and Noida International Airport at Jewar. It is the fourth of the four rapid rail corridors planned under the first phase of the RapidX project managed by the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC). It will be built to allow a maximum speed of 180 km/h (110 mph), and the distance between Ghaziabad, Noida and its airport will be covered in less than 40–50 minutes. The project will be executed at a cost of around 20,640 crore (US$2.5 billion). It will start from Ghaziabad as the starting station, run through Noida, Greater Noida, YEIDA City and end in Jewar Airport at Jewar. It will have 12 stations and two depots on both the northern and southern ends of the corridor.
