Gerard Langner (born 15 February 1943) is a Polish former ice hockey player. He played for Start Katowice, Baildon Katowice, and Legia Warsaw during his career. He also played for the Polish national team at the 1964 Winter Olympics. [1]

During his 20-year professional career, he played for clubs such as Lech Poznań, GKS Katowice, AS Saint-Étienne (France), SC Bastia (France), Gamba Osaka (Japan), Olympique de Marseille (France), Birmingham City F.C. (England), Polonia Warsaw and ŁKS Łódź. His older brother Marek is also a former footballer.

He mainly played for GKS Katowice during his career, as well as the Polish national team at several world championships as well as the 1964 Winter Olympics. He helped Katowice win the Polish league title five times, and later coached the team as well.
Hilary Skarżyński was a Polish ice hockey player. He played for Siła Giszowiec, HKS Siemianowiczanka, Stal Katowice, and Górnik 1920 Katowice during his career. He also played for the Polish national team at the 1948, 1952, and 1956 Winter Olympics, and the 1955 and 1957 World Championship. He died in a car accident in Miami Beach, Florida in 1987.
Mieczysław Kasprzycki was a Polish ice hockey player. He played for HC Vítkovice, Slavia Praha, AZS Katowice, Dąb Katowice, Cracovia, and KTH Krynica during his career. Born in Ostrava, in what is now the Czech Republic, Kasprzycki first played hockey there and moved to Poland in 1935. He won the Polish league title five times in his career. Kasprzycki also played for the Polish national team at the 1936 and 1948 Winter Olympics, and two World Championships: in 1939 and 1947. After retiring he coached the Polish national team from 1952 until 1955, including the 1952 Winter Olympics and three World Championships.
Alfred Wróbel was a Polish ice hockey player. He played for Górnik Katowice and GKS Katowice during his career. He also played for the Polish national team at the 1952 and 1956 Winter Olympics. Two of his brothers, Adolf and Antoni, also played for Poland at the Olympics; Adolf in 1956, and Antoni in 1952.
Sylwester Wilczek is a Polish former ice hockey player and coach. He played for Gwardia Katowice and Górnik Katowice during his career. He also played for the Polish national team at the 1964 Winter Olympics and several World Championships. After his playing career he turned to coaching, and including two years as head coach of GKS Katowice, as Górnik had been renamed.
Hubert Sitko is a Polish former ice hockey player. He played for Start Katowice and GKS Katowice during his career. With GKS Katowice Sitko won the Polish hockey league championship four times. He also played for the Polish national team at four World Championships as well as the 1964 Winter Olympics.
