Ghassan Skaff is a Lebanese politician and neurosurgeon. He is a member of the Parliament of Lebanon from Rachaya district and was a candidate in the 2022 Deputy Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament election. [2] [3] [4] Skaff is a professor and chief of neurosurgery at the American University of Beirut.

The Lebanese Parliament is the national parliament of the Republic of Lebanon. There are 128 members elected to a four-year term in multi-member constituencies,apportioned among Lebanon's diverse Christian and Muslim denominations but with half of the seats reserved for Christians and half reserved to Muslims per Constitutional Article 24.
