Girteka Group is a Lithuanian [2] transport and logistics company based in the city of Vilnius, operating in Europe and Scandinavia. It was founded in 1996 by Mindaugas Raila who, at the age of 24, bought a single used truck complete with a trailer. [3] [4]

Today, it is one of Europe's largest transport companies. [5] Girteka Group delivers more than 775,000 full truck loads (FTLs) every year, with more than 9,200 fully owned trucks and 9,800 trailers that operate in Europe. [1] [6]
