Glenn Morrison (born September 12, 1985) is a Canadian DJ and record producer from Toronto, Ontario. He is best known for his tracks, "Contact", "No Sudden Moves", "Hydrology", and "Circles", which were ghost produced by deadmau5. [1]
Morrison is a classically trained pianist. Starting piano lessons at the age of four, he began composing and competing through CMC, Kiwanis Music Festival, Richmond Hill Music Festival, and ORMTA - Ontario Registered Music Teachers Association. [2]
In his early high school years, Morrison discovered Techno from a friend in his science class, and started collecting vinyl and becoming absorbed. He then worked at Release Records for five years before starting his own record label Morrison Recordings. [3]
As a DJ and performer he entertains with melodic progressive house and big-room club sounds. [3] His first international hit was in 2007 when DJ Tiësto featured ‘Contact’ on his compilation In Search of Sunrise 6: Ibiza [4] and it shot to the top of the World Dance Charts.
Through Alpine Mastering, Morrison has worked on sound design for video game companies like Leisure Suit Larry, Toy Story, Activision. A partnership with Toysus for electronic music focused on sound-scoring live theatre visuals. Morrison and IMAX unveiled this concept with a 3 part show series at the 2012 ComicCon . [5]
Morrison also ran Morrison Recordings which designed, developed, manufactured, marketed, supported a wide range of mediums, from music to print services. [6]

Tijs Michiel Verwest OON, known professionally as Tiësto, is a Dutch DJ and music producer. He was voted "The Greatest DJ of All Time" by Mix magazine in a 2010/2011 poll amongst fans. In 2013, he was voted by DJ Mag readers as the "best DJ of the last 20 years". He is also regarded as the "Godfather of EDM" by many sources.
Gouryella is a solo trance project of Dutch musician Ferry Corsten. Gouryella was originally a Dutch production duo, comprising Corsten and Tiësto, who later left in 2001. The word itself means "heaven" in an Australian aboriginal language.

SongBird is a Dutch sub label owned by Tijs Verwest and Arny Bink. It is a sub label of Black Hole Recordings, established in 1997, and is most well known as the label on which Tiësto's popular trance series, In Search of Sunrise, was released.
In Search of Sunrise 6: Ibiza is the sixth album in the In Search of Sunrise series mixed by trance DJ/producer Tiësto, released on 7 September 2007 in the Netherlands and 16 October 2007 in the United States as a double disc album. This information was confirmed on 31 July 2007 on Tiësto's website. Many file-sharing websites, earlier in 2007, released a fake torrent of In Search of Sunrise 6, labeled In Search of Sunrise 6 - London, which even included a CD cover. This was quickly noted as a fake as information of the CD had not been released via Tiësto's website nor the In Search of Sunrise series website. A special release party was held at the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam on 3 November 2007. Like previous In Search of Sunrise albums, this album contains a special slipcase. The album picture was taken by Stephanie Pistel. The compilation was awarded in the 2008 WMC Awards in Miami, it won for "Best Full Length DJ Mix CD".
In Search of Sunrise 7: Asia is a compilation album by Dutch trance producer and DJ Tiësto and his seventh and final contribution to the In Search of Sunrise compilation series. It was released on 10 June 2008 and was followed by a North American Tour during all of June. In 2008, Tiësto announced his In Search of Sunrise: North American Summer Tour 2008, the tour was presented by Armani Exchange on 23 May and ended on 4 July at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival on Friday 13 June. This tour was in support of the In Search of Sunrise compilation, which was part of a sponsorship partnership, with exclusive apparel and a limited edition 3-CD set. An exclusive best of CD from the DJ’s own imprint Black Hole Recordings, called "10 Years of Black Hole Recordings" was released that year. Armani also sold an exclusive Tiësto branded tour T-shirt, and Tiësto performed at three A|X in-stores during the tour.
