Gloppen Friidrettslag (also GFIL, eng: Gloppen athletics club) is a sports club in Gloppen, Norway, founded in 1990.

The club is a superstructure club for the five existing track and field athletics in the municipality (Brodd, Breimsbygda, Fjellhug/Vereide, Hyen, Sandane). Byrkjelo stadion is the club's home track, where the Norwegian Championships were last held in 2011.

GFIL is among the leading track and field clubs in Norway. Well known athletes are the throwers and national champions Kjell Ove Hauge (shot put and discus), Arne Indrebø (javelin), Elin Isane (discus and shot put) and Trude Raad (hammer throw). Odd Bjørn Hjelmeset also has a medal from the National championships in 3000 meter steeplechase for the club.

Ryan Crouser is an American shot putter and discus thrower. He is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and Olympic record holder. Crouser is the current world record holder in the shot put, both indoor and outdoor. On June 18, 2021, at the U.S. Olympic Trials he threw 23.37 m on his fourth attempt to beat Randy Barnes's 31-year-old record of 23.12 m by almost 10 inches (25 cm). As of May 2023, Crouser has thrown 8 of the 12 longest shot puts of all time outdoors.

Maggie Ewen is an American shot putter. Ewen set collegiate outdoor records in shot put and hammer.

Bertrand Vili is a French former track and field athlete who competed in the discus throw. He represented France at the 2009 World Championships in Athletics and was a silver medallist at the 2005 Jeux de la Francophonie. He was a double shot put/discus gold medallist at the 2001 South Pacific Mini Games and also won javelin throw silver. He won the gold medal in the discus at the 2007 Pacific Games in a games record of 58.31 m. He successfully defended that title four years later at the 2011 Pacific Games, held in his native New Caledonia. He has a personal best of 63.66 m and is the New Caledonian national record holder.
