The Goldklang Group is a sports ownership and management group. Led by Marvin Goldklang, the group includes Jeff Goldklang, Bill Murray, Mike Veeck, and Tom Whaley. [1] [2]

The Goldklang Group owns the Charleston RiverDogs of the Carolina League and the Pittsfield Suns of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League.

They owned the Fort Myers Miracle of the Florida State League from 1990 to 2014, now known as the Fort Myers Mighty Mussels, which was the group's first MiLB team. [3] They also owned the Hudson Valley Renegades of High-A East from 1994 to 2021, and the St. Paul Saints from 1993 to 2023. [4]

Tyler Tumminia served as Senior Vice President of the group from 2011 to 2016. [5]

From 1996 to 2000, they were known as the Piedmont Boll Weevils. From 2001 to 2019, they were known as the Kannapolis Intimidators, after Kannapolis native NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt, who was known as "The Intimidator," purchased a share of the team before the 2001 season.

Marvin Goldklang is an American businessman. He has been a minority owner of the New York Yankees since 1979 and is the majority owner of both the Pittsfield Suns in Massachusetts and the Charleston RiverDogs in the Carolina League.

Tyler Adwen "Ty" Tumminia is an American sports executive and former commissioner of the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF). Prior to her involvement with the PHF, she was a baseball executive and partial owner of several Minor League Baseball (MiLB) teams.

Michael Veeck is an American minor league baseball executive and owner. He is son of Bill Veeck, Hall of Fame owner of the Cleveland Indians, St. Louis Browns, and the Chicago White Sox. Veeck is best known as the architect of Disco Demolition Night.

The Expedition League was a collegiate summer baseball league in the Great Plains region of the United States and Canada. The league was founded in 2015 in Rapid City, South Dakota, by Steve Wagner, who also served as president. The league's inaugural season was 2018 with eight teams.
