Goodwater Creek is a stream in Audrain and Boone counties in the U.S. state of Missouri. [1] It is a tributary of Youngs Creek.

Audrain County is a county located in the central part of the U.S. state of Missouri. As of 2010, the population was 25,529. Its county seat is Mexico. The county was organized December 13, 1836, and named for Colonel James Hunter Audrain of the War of 1812 and who later was elected to the state legislature.

Boone County is a county in the U.S. state of Missouri. Centrally located in Mid-Missouri, it is home to Columbia, Missouri's fourth largest city and location of the University of Missouri. As of the 2010 census, the population was 162,642; a 2017 estimate put the population at 178,271, making it the state's seventh-most populous county. The county was organized November 16, 1820 and named for the recently deceased Daniel Boone, whose kin largely populated the Boonslick area, having arrived in the 1810s on the Boone's Lick Road. Boone County comprises the Columbia Metropolitan Area. The towns of Ashland and Centralia are the second and third most populous towns in the county.

The stream headwaters arise in northeast Boone County southwest of Centralia at 39°11′44″N92°09′02″W / 39.19556°N 92.15056°W / 39.19556; -92.15056 [1] and it flows north past Centralia passing under routes 124 and 22 to enter northwest Audrain County. The stream turns to the east two miles east of the community of Saling. The confluence is approximately two miles southeast of the community of Rowena at 39°18′17″N92°01′31″W / 39.30472°N 92.02528°W / 39.30472; -92.02528 Coordinates: 39°18′17″N92°01′31″W / 39.30472°N 92.02528°W / 39.30472; -92.02528 . Centralia is a city in Boone county in the U.S. state of Missouri. The population was 4,027 at the 2010 census, with an estimated population of 4,136 in 2012. A very small portion of the city lies in Audrain County.

Route 124 is a highway in central Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at Route 22/151 in Centralia; its western terminus is at Route 240 east of Fayette.

Saling is an unincorporated community in Audrain County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.

Goodwater Creek was so named on account of the quality of its water. [3]

Cedar Creek is a stream in Boone and Callaway counties of the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of the Missouri River. The headwaters of Cedar Creek are in northeast Boone County about five miles east of Hallsville and one mile west of the Audrain-Boone county line. The stream flows south and about five miles south of its headwaters the stream becomes the boundary between Boone and Callaway counties. The stream crosses under Interstate 70 about eight miles east of Columbia and enters the Mark Twain National Forest. The stream flows south to southwest through the national forest and upon leaving the forest turns to the east and ceases to be the county line. The stream flows east for about one mile then turns south and flows under U. S. Route 63 and into the Missouri River four miles northwest of Cedar City and across the river from Jefferson City. The Katy Trail crosses Cedar Creek just north of its confluence with the Missouri.

Youngers is an unincorporated community in northwest Callaway County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. The community is in the extreme northwest corner of Callaway County and just east of Cedar Creek. Auxvasse is about twelve miles to the east, Mexico is about 14 miles to the northeast in Audrain County and Columbia is about nine miles to the southwest in Boone County.

Ten Mile Creek is a stream in Macon and Shelby counties of Missouri. It is a tributary of the North Fork Salt River.

Cub Creek is a stream in northern Miller County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of the Osage River.
