Housemates
In this season, there is a double game. On Day 1, thirteen housemates (Adrián, Daniela, Eduardo, Elsa, Juan, Laura, Maica, Maite, Manuel, Nerea, Óscar, Rubén, and Vanessa) moved to the Main House. In contrast, the remaining six (Javier, Jorge, Lucía, Luis, Silvia, and Violeta) moved into the Secret House, where the housemates have a certain connection with some other housemates in the main house or between them. Each week two housemates from the Secret House will move to the Main House and vice versa.
Here are the connections between the housemates in both houses:
- Luis and Violeta are Nerea's boyfriend and ex-friend respectively who had an affair in the past.
- Jorge met Violeta in the casting process and felt some kind of connection with her.
- Lucía and Silvia are twins and they have to pretend they don't know each other.
- Javier is Vanessa's husband and he was told he was going to enter with her but in the end Vanessa entered to the house and was sent to the secret house.

Big Brother México is a reality television series based on the international Big Brother format produced in the Netherlands by Endemol. Big Brother México was launched by Televisa in 2002. Before its debut, the idea of being watched twenty-four hours a day by a camera was shocking to some in Mexican society. The series was successful, and it was followed by a special edition called Big Brother VIP with Mexican celebrities from show business and even politics.
Big Brother Australia 2007, also known as Big Brother 7, was the seventh season of the Australian reality television series Big Brother. Episodes were broadcast on Network Ten in Australia, and the first episode aired on 22 April 2007. Despite a drop in ratings compared to previous seasons, and a number of controversies, the then Big Brother executive producer Kris Noble considers the year's season a success. At the end of this season's finale broadcast 30 July 2007, it was announced by host Gretel Killeen that Big Brother would be returning for an eighth season in 2008. In the finale Aleisha Cowcher was announced as the winner of Big Brother Australia 2007. She won by the closest winning margin ever in the Australian version. The news the following day reported a margin of 51% versus 49% – a difference of 65 votes. This was the last season hosted by Gretel Killeen.
Big Brother Portugal is the Portuguese version of the international reality television franchise Big Brother, produced by Endemol for Portuguese channel TVI. TVI launched the show in 2000. Since its beginning, it has been a great success.
Loft Story is a Quebec television series broadcast on the TQS television network, and was an adaptation of the show Loft Story in France, which itself was an adaptation of the Big Brother franchise. TQS became V and replaced Loft Story with a new Big Brother series for Quebec in 2010.
Big Brother 3 was the third season of the reality show Big Brother in Bulgaria. It was aired on Nova Television and Nova+. The show launched on 18 September 2006 and ended on 11 December 2006. Originally, the season was planned to air for 11 weeks, 2 weeks shorter than the previous two seasons. However, the season was extended by 7 days and aired for 85 days in total. For the first time, the show was only hosted by Niki Kanchev.
Gran Hermano is the Argentine version of the international reality television franchise Big Brother produced by Endemol. The show is currently hosted by Santiago del Moro, taking over after Jorge Rial and previously Soledad Silveyra. The show first aired on 10 March 2001 on Telefe and aired seven regular and one Celebrity season until 16 April 2012. It was on hiatus for three years until 29 April 2015, when a revival of the series began airing on América TV for two seasons until 24 August 2016. After a six-year break, the show returned to Telefe for its tenth season that premiered on 17 October 2022. Gran Hermano was renewed for an eleventh season on 27 March 2023, and a twelfth season on 3 July 2024.
Big Brother 3 is the third season of the Croatian reality television series Big Brother that premiered on 8 September 2006 and ran for 99 days. The prize is increased from 1 million HRK to 1.5 million HRK, but it is expected that the actual winner would get significantly lower amount due to penalties for various House rule violations. Producers introduced this as a response to criticism of the second season when they were perceived to be too tolerant of contestants' misbehavior.
Secret Story 2009 is the third edition of the French reality show Secret Story. It began airing on TF1 on June 19, 2009 and continue to air until September 25, 2009, lasting 99 days, and is presented by Benjamin Castaldi, who presented Loft Story and the first two seasons of Secret Story.
The seventh season of Gran Hermano Argentina started on November 2, 2011 on Telefe. The show's length was approximately five months, finished on April 16, 2012. The prize has been increased to AR$1,000,000 (USD235,000) which will be reduced according to how many times a housemate is nominated. The show is hosted by Jorge Rial, who has hosted the show since 2007, until January 13, 2012 when he left the show. Rial was replaced by Mariano Peluffo, who hosted Gran Hermano spinoff shows.
Gran Hermano Catorce is the fourteenth season of Gran Hermano, the Spanish version of the reality television series franchise Big Brother. The season started airing on 11 February 2013 on Telecinco, and Mercedes Milá is the main host.
Secret Story - Casa dos Segredos 3 is the third season of the Portuguese version of the reality show Secret Story, based on the original French version of Secret Story, which itself is based on the international format, Big Brother. Audition for this season was opened in June 2012.
Gran Hermano 15 is the fifteenth season of Gran Hermano, the Spanish version of the reality television series franchise Big Brother. The fifteenth season started airing on 18 September 2014 on Telecinco with Mercedes Mila hosting the main "Galas" and Jordi González hosting the "El Debate", a weekly spin-off show airing on Sunday nights. 17 housemates and a goat called Rubia entered the first day at the GH house. The grand prize this season is €300,000.
Big Brother Albania 7 was the seventh season of the Albanian series of the worldwide franchise of Big Brother. It was based upon the Dutch series of the same name, which gained popularity in 1999 and 2000. It started on February 21, 2014, on Top Channel and ended after ninety-nine days on May 30, 2014. The main host was Arbana Osmani, who returned for the seventh season in a row. The live eviction show this year moved to Fridays at 21:00 CET, while the Daily Recap show aired every day of the week in different schedules, also including a weekly recap on Sundays. Ledion Liço was rumored to be the host of the spin-off show Big Brother Albania Fans' Club thus replacing Albana Osmani, but however in last minute changes, Albana Osmani returned for the third season in a row. The Fans' Club show featured dialogues with eliminated contestants and fans of the show. Liço started hosting a new spin-off series that started airing during the season, called Jashtë Bigut, which was part of the Sunday marathon of E Diell on the same network. Armand Peza took over for the second time, the role of the panelist. Peza had also been a panelist on only the first season of Big Brother Albania.
Secret Story - Casa dos Segredos 5 is the fifth season of the Portuguese reality television show Secret Story. It is based on the French version of Secret Story, which itself is based on the international format, Big Brother. The reality show is being broadcast on TVI. The casting was opened on June 11, 2014. The launch was on September 21, 2014. The finale was on December 31, 2014, and Elisabete was the winner. This was the first time a woman won a normal edition of Portuguese Secret Story.
Gran Hermano VIP 4 was the fourth season of the reality television Gran Hermano VIP series. The series was launched in January 2016 on Telecinco. Jordi González returned to host the series, and Sandra Barneda was confirmed as the host of the weekly Debate. On the Grand Finale of Gran Hermano 16 it was officially confirmed GHVIP would start in January.
Gran Hermano 17 is the seventeenth season of Gran Hermano, the Spanish version of the reality television series franchise Big Brother. The 17th season started airing on September 8, 2016 on Telecinco. On Wednesday June 29, Mediaset announced an official statement that Mercedes Mila left the show after 16 years, and was replaced by Jorge Javier Vázquez.
Gran Hermano 18, also known as Gran Hermano Revolution is the eighteenth season of Gran Hermano, the Spanish version of the reality television series franchise Big Brother.
Big Brother Brasil 20 was the twentieth season of Big Brother Brasil which premiered on TV Globo on January 21, 2020. The show was produced by Globo and hosted by Tiago Leifert, who returned for his fourth season as the host.
Big Brother 6, also known as Big Brother: A Revolução, is the sixth season of the Portuguese version of the reality show Big Brother. It's the second original format of Big Brother to air in 2020, one month after the fifth season ended on 2 August 2020. It was also revealed on 5 July 2020 during the live eviction show that the audition for Big Brother 6 was open and the show will be called "Big Brother: A Revolução". The show is featuring a new format and rules, housemates will have to be more interactive and competitive in the house if they want to win.
Big Brother VIP 1 was the first season of Big Brother VIP, hosted by Arbana Osmani. The season began airing on 5 October 2021 on Top Channel, and ended after 137 days on 18 February 2022. The viewers can watch for the whole season live from the house in two live pay-per-view channels, with the name Big Brother VIP 1 and Big Brother VIP 2, which are available on Albanian TV platform DigitAlb. The two opinionists in the live evictions shows, were Arbër Hajdari and Balina Bodinaku.
