Grand Park Hotel is a hotel located in downtown Mandalay, Myanmar. The 31-story tower is the tallest building in the country outside of Yangon. [3] The hotel was partially opened, with 302 rooms available in September 2019, and with another 92 rooms to be ready by December 2019. [2]
The Jin Mao Tower, also known as the Jinmao Building or Jinmao Tower, is a 420.5-meter-tall (1,380 ft), 88-story landmark skyscraper in Lujiazui, Pudong, Shanghai, China. It contains a shopping mall, offices and the Grand Hyatt Shanghai hotel which starts from the 53rd floor, which at the time of completion was the highest hotel in the world. Along with the Oriental Pearl Tower, the Shanghai World Financial Center and the Shanghai Tower it is part of the Lujiazui skyline seen from the Bund. It was the tallest building in China from its completion in 1999 until 2007, when it was surpassed by the Shanghai World Financial Center which is located close by. The Shanghai Tower, a 128-story building located next to these two buildings, surpassed the height of both these buildings in 2015, creating the world's first trio of adjacent supertall skyscrapers.
85 Sky Tower, formerly known as the T & C Tower or Tuntex Sky Tower, is an 85-story skyscraper in Lingya District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The structure is 347.5 m (1,140 ft) high. An antenna increases the pinnacle height to 378 m (1,240 ft). Constructed from 1994 to 1997 by the now-defunct Tuntex Group, it is the tallest building in Kaohsiung, and the 2nd tallest in Taiwan after the Taipei 101.
Baiyoke Tower II is an 88-story, 309 m (1,014 ft) skyscraper hotel at 222 Ratchaprarop Road in the Ratchathewi District of Bangkok, Thailand. It is the third tallest completed building in the city, after MahaNakhon and Magnolias Waterfront Residences at ICONSIAM. The building comprises the Baiyoke Sky Hotel, the tallest hotel in Southeast Asia and the seventh-tallest all-hotel structure in the world.

The Elmwood Tower is a high-rise residential building located at 801 South 52nd Street in midtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Completed in 1964, the Elmwood Tower is a 320 ft (98 m) high-rise building, rising to 23 stories, and currently the eighth tallest high-rise in Omaha. When construction began in 1961, the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) granted the largest mortgage to the Midwest in their history to the project, totaling $4.9 million USD. The building was originally constructed to house members of the Masons and their families. In 1970, the Elmwood Tower experienced a three-alarm fire on the fifth floor, resulting in the deaths of three individuals. Today, Elmwood Tower provides residential living for people aged 55 and older.
Wilshire Grand Center is a 1,100-foot (335.3 m) skyscraper in the financial district of downtown Los Angeles, California, occupying the entire city block between Wilshire Boulevard and 7th, Figueroa, and Francisco streets. Completed in 2017, it is the tallest building west of Chicago. Though the structural top of the Wilshire Grand surpasses L.A.'s U.S. Bank Tower by 82 ft (25 m), the roof of the U.S. Bank Tower is still 90 ft above the Wilshire Grand's. The Skyscraper Center lists the Wilshire Grand Center as the 15th-tallest building in the U.S. and the 95th-tallest in the world. It won the Structural Engineering Award 2019 Award of Excellence from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
4/C, also known as 4th & Columbia, is a proposed supertall skyscraper in Seattle, Washington, United States. If built, the 1,020-foot-tall (310 m), 91-story tower would be the tallest in Seattle, surpassing the neighboring Columbia Center, and the first supertall in the Pacific Northwest. The project has been under development by Miami-based Crescent Heights since 2015 and undergone several design changes and modifications under three architecture firms. As of 2023, 4/C is expected to have 1,090 residential units—apartments up to the 64th floor and condominiums from the 65th to 90th floor—along with several coworking and retail spaces. The latest version was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
Diamond Inya Palace is a residential building located on the northern side of the Inya Lake in Yangon, Myanmar. Although its exact height is not publicly known, the 34-story condominium is widely considered to be the tallest building in Myanmar. The 376-unit condominium was completed and opened in 2019.
Golden City is a mixed-use complex located in the Yankin section of Yangon. Its master plan includes nine 33-story residential towers, a hotel, a business center and a shopping mall. As of 2020, the first two phases of the master plan—seven residential towers and a business center, have been completed. Work on phase 3, which includes a hotel, shopping mall and cinemas, and a residential tower, had not begun as of March 2020.
Man Myanmar Plaza is a mixed use complex in Mandalay, Myanmar. The complex consists of a 13,935 m2 (150,000 sq ft) six-story shopping center, and two 25-story condominium buildings. From 2014 until the completion of Grand Park Hotel, Mandalay in 2019, the twin condo towers were the tallest buildings in Mandalay, as well as the tallest buildings outside of Yangon.
