Brian Charles Booth was an Australian cricketer who played in 29 Test matches between 1961 and 1966,and 93 first-class matches for New South Wales. He captained Australia for two Tests during the 1965–66 Ashes series while regular captain Bob Simpson was absent due to illness and injury. Booth was a graceful right-handed middle order batsman at No. 4 or 5,and occasionally bowled right arm medium pace or off spin. He had an inclination to use his feet to charge spin bowlers. Booth was known for his sportsmanship on the field and often invoked Christianity while discussing ethics and sport.
William Arras Johnston was an Australian cricketer who played in forty Test matches from 1947 to 1955. A left arm pace bowler,as well as a left arm orthodox spinner,Johnston was best known as a spearhead of Don Bradman's undefeated 1948 touring team,well known as "The Invincibles". Johnston headed the wicket-taking lists in both Test and first-class matches on the tour,and was the last Australian to take over 100 wickets on a tour of England. In recognition of his performances,he was named by Wisden as one of its Cricketers of the Year in 1949. The publication stated that "no Australian made a greater personal contribution to the playing success of the 1948 side". Regarded by Bradman as Australia's greatest-ever left-arm bowler,Johnston was noted for his endurance in bowling pace with the new ball and spin when the ball had worn. He became the fastest bowler to reach 100 Test wickets in 1951–52,at the time averaging less than nineteen with the ball. By the end of the season,he had played 24 Tests and contributed 111 wickets. Australia won nineteen and lost only two of these Tests. In 1953,a knee injury forced him to remodel his bowling action,and he became less effective before retiring after aggravating the injury in 1955. In retirement,he worked in sales and marketing,and later ran his own businesses. He had two sons,one of whom became a cricket administrator. Johnston died at the age of 85 on 25 May 2007.
Raymond Russell Lindwall was an Australian cricketer who represented Australia in 61 Tests from 1946 to 1960. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest fast bowlers of all time. He also played top-flight rugby league football with St. George,appearing in two grand finals for the club before retiring to fully concentrate on Test cricket.

Strongly built and standing six feet tall,Davidson was known for his hard hitting power,which yielded many long hit sixes.
William Harold PonsfordMBE was an Australian cricketer. Usually playing as an opening batsman,he formed a successful and long-lived partnership opening the batting for Victoria and Australia with Bill Woodfull,his friend and state and national captain. Ponsford is the only player to twice break the world record for the highest individual score in first-class cricket;Ponsford and Brian Lara are the only cricketers to twice score 400 runs in an innings. Ponsford holds the Australian record for a partnership in Test cricket,set in 1934 in combination with Don Bradman —the man who broke many of Ponsford's other individual records. In fact,he along with Bradman set the record for the highest partnership ever for any wicket in Test cricket history when playing on away soil
Bradley James Haddin,is an Australian former cricketer,vice-captain and coach who represented Australia in all three forms of international cricket. He played domestically for New South Wales as a right-handed batsman and wicket-keeper. Haddin was a member of the Australian World cup winning squad at both the 2007 Cricket World Cup the 2015 Cricket World Cup and played for the Sydney Sixers in the Big Bash League.
Leslie O'Brien"Chuck" Fleetwood-Smith was a cricketer who played for Victoria and Australia. Known universally as "Chuck",he was the "wayward genius" of Australian cricket during the 1930s. A slow bowler who could spin the ball harder and further than his contemporaries,Fleetwood-Smith was regarded as a rare talent,but his cricket suffered from a lack of self-discipline that also characterised his personal life. In addition,his career coincided with those of Bill O'Reilly and Clarrie Grimmett,two spinners named in the ten inaugural members of the Australian Cricket Hall of Fame;as a result he played only ten Test matches but left a lasting impression with one delivery in particular. His dismissal of Wally Hammond in the fourth Test of the 1936–37 Ashes series has been compared to Shane Warne's ball of the century. He has the unwanted record of conceding the most runs by a bowler in a Test match innings.
Ernest Raymond Herbert Toshack was an Australian cricketer who played in 12 Tests from 1946 to 1948. A left arm medium paced bowler known for his accuracy and stamina in the application of leg theory,Toshack was a member of Don Bradman's "Invincibles" that toured England in 1948 without being defeated. Toshack reinforced the Australian new ball attack of Ray Lindwall and Keith Miller.
Adam Charles Voges is an Australian cricket coach and former cricketer who played for the Australian national team at Test,One Day International (ODI),and Twenty20 International (T20I) level,and also captained Western Australia and Perth Scorchers in domestic cricket. Voges' Test match batting average of 61.87 is third among batsmen that have played a minimum of 20 innings behind Don Bradman and Harry Brook,who has played exactly 20 innings as of 31 July 2023. Voges was included in the 2016 ICC Test Match Team of the Year.

Of the 12 occasions that a NSW player has carried their bat through a completed First Class innings and the 16 occasions that a player has scored a century in each innings of a First Class match,Mail is the only NSW player in history to have achieved both of these feats during his career.

A left-handed opening batsman,Warner is the first Australian cricketer in 132 years to be selected for the national team in any format without experience in first-class cricket. He is considered one of the best batsmen of this generation,and one of the greatest opening batsmen of all time across all three formats. He plays for New South Wales and Sydney Thunder in domestic cricket. Warner was a prominent member of the victorious Australian squad of the 2015 Cricket World Cup,the 2021 T20 World Cup,where he was the Player of the Tournament,and the 2021–2023 ICC World Test Championship by winning the 2023 ICC World Test Championship final and 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup.
Raymond Harvey was an Australian former first-class cricketer who played for Victoria in the 1940s and 1950s. He was the brother of Australian Test batsmen Merv and Neil and first-class cricketer and umpire Mick Harvey. Ray Harvey was an attacking and talented batsman but failed to reach international standards and only managed to hold down a regular position in the Victorian team in two seasons in the 1950s. This failure to match the standards set by his Test-capped brothers was often attributed to a lack of single-mindedness and hunger.
Kurtis Robert Patterson is an Australian cricketer who plays for the New South Wales cricket team in the Sheffield Shield,and the Sydney Sixers in the Big Bash League. Patterson scored a century on his first-class cricket debut for New South Wales in November 2011,becoming the youngest batsman to score a century in Sheffield Shield cricket. In January 2019,he made his Test debut for Australia against Sri Lanka,becoming the 457th person to play test cricket for Australia. He made a century in just his second test match in Canberra,also against Sri Lanka. He was not selected for the 2019 Ashes series and returned to play domestically in the 2019/2020 season. He has the highest average of any Test batsman who has lost their wicket at least once.
