Graziano Cesari (born 23 December 1956 in Parma, Italy) is a former Italian professional football referee. [1] He was a full international for FIFA from 1994 until 2002.

Cesari originally was named to the Italian Football Hall of Fame in 2016, [2] however his award was later revoked due to a disciplinary action from 2003. [3]

Thomas Rocco Barbella, better known as Rocky Graziano, was an Italian-American professional boxer who held the World Middleweight title. Andy Robustelli

1998–99 Serie A

The 1998–99 Serie A saw Milan win their 16th Scudetto, led by coach Alberto Zaccheroni. Lazio finished second, losing the title on the last day. Internazionale, with an often injured or rested Ronaldo, had a disastrous season, finishing in 8th position, whereas Juventus' impressive start was cut short by a bad injury to Alessandro Del Piero, and they wound up having an unimpressive season.

1992–93 Serie A

In 1992–93, the Serie A title was retained by Milan, who finished four points ahead of Internazionale. Third placed Parma enjoyed European glory in the European Cup Winners Cup, while unfancied Cagliari crept into the UEFA Cup qualification places at the expense of the 1991 champions and 1992 European Cup finalists Sampdoria. Roma and Napoli finished mid table after disappointing campaigns, while Brescia, Fiorentina, Ancona and Pescara were all relegated.

The Serie B 1997–98 was the sixty-sixth tournament of this competition played in Italy since its creation.

The 1997 Mediterranean Games football tournament was the 13th edition of the Mediterranean Games men's football tournament. The football tournament was held in Bari, Italy between 8 and 25 June 1997 as part of the 1997 Mediterranean Games and was contested by 13 teams, all countries were represented by the Olympic teams. Italy won the gold medal.

The 2002 FIFA World Cup CONMEBOL–OFC qualification play-off was a two-legged home-and-away tie between the winners of the Oceania qualifying tournament, Australia, and the fifth-placed team from the South American qualifying tournament, Uruguay. The games were played on 20 November and 25 November 2001 in Melbourne and Montevideo respectively. For the 2002 FIFA World Cup qualification, there were two inter-confederation play-offs to determine the final two qualification spots to the 2002 FIFA World Cup. The matches were played between 10–25 November 2001.

Milena Bertolini Italian footballer and manager

Milena Bertolini is an Italian former footballer and current manager of the Italy women's national team. As the national team coach, she led Italy to qualify for the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup following a twenty year absence.
