It was founded in London on 6 June 1844 by George Williams as the Young Men's Christian Association. Hillside letters form an important part of the western cultural landscape, as they function as symbols of school pride and civic identity.
The Melrose Symphony Orchestra (MSO) is the oldest continuing all-volunteer orchestra in the United States of America. Based at Memorial Hall in Melrose, Massachusetts, the orchestra has performed in recent years a Fall and Winter classical concert, as well as a Holiday and May Pops. Several world-renowned musicians and performers have also played with the orchestra as soloists, including Gary Burton and Boris Goldovsky. Players include adults from all over Massachusetts, as well as a few gifted student musicians from local schools. Currently, the orchestra is conducted by Yoichi Udagawa and the general manager of the orchestra is Jessi Eisdorfer.

The Redlands Bowl is an amphitheatre in Redlands, California, USA, founded in 1924. It is used for music and theatrical performances which are offered to the public at no charge. The bowl is within Smiley Park Historic District that also includes, Smiley Park, the A.K. Smiley Public Library and the Lincoln Memorial Shrine.
YMCA Camp Belknap is an all-boys summer resident camp in Tuftonboro, New Hampshire, on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Founded in 1903, on Winnipesaukee's Timber Island, in the shadow of Belknap Mountain, its likely namesake. Relocated to Tuftonboro in 1907, this boys' camp was owned and operated by the New Hampshire YMCA until the demise of the state Y in 1996. It is now an independent non-profit affiliated with the national Y. Belknap celebrated its 100th year in operation in 2003, making it one of the oldest continuously operating camps in the United States.

The National Orange Show Festival is an annual festival held in San Bernardino, California since 1911 to promote the citrus industry. At the height of its popularity between 1960 and the mid-1980s, the event ran a full two weeks during the month of March and featured displays from most counties in California. The show was cancelled for five years, from 1942 to 1946, due to World War II, and 2020-21 caused by COVID-19 pandemic concerns, although it went virtual. Due to a changing economic environment, the show has been downsized considerably with a local community emphasis, instead of a national or state one, and is now a weekend event.

All members of the FSU Circus are required to be a degree-seeking student registered at Florida State University and are accepted after an audition.
Redlands Mall was a mall in Redlands, California with two anchors, CVS Pharmacy and Gottschalks. The mall, located on about 12 acres on Orange Street and Eureka Street between Redlands Boulevard and Citrus Avenue, was built in 1977. The mall permanently closed in 2010.
William 'Bill' L. Schultz was a late 20th century American circus performer, national paddleball champion, national racquetball champion, U.S. Marine, Big Time wrestler, the youngest executive director of the YMCA, and poet. He also sparred with John Wayne and other Hollywood celebrities.

Citrus Village is a shopping center in Redlands, California, on Redlands Boulevard between E. Palm Ave and E. Cypress Ave. One of the earliest planned shopping centers in the area and upon its opening on November 2, 1959, the largest retail area in Redlands, costing $2 million and housing 20 shops under one air-conditioned roof. Sage's Complete Shopping was the original main anchor, a large supermarket which included a pharmacy and lunch counter.
