Gregory B. Newby

Gregory B. Newby, [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] is the CEO [7] of the Project Gutenberg Literary Archive Foundation, the organization that supports the Project Gutenberg library of digitized ebooks.

Newby has been the Director for the Arctic Region Supercomputing Center. He has also managed KAUST’s Supercomputing Laboratory [8] and held the position of Chief Technology Officer of Compute Canada. [9] [10] [11] [12] [13]

Newby was previously an assistant professor at UNC School of Information and Library Science, and a long-time volunteer [14] with Project Gutenberg.
