Guiller Asido is the 10th and incumbent Administrator of the Intramuros Administration, an attached agency of the Department of Tourism mandated with the authority to restore and guide the development of Intramuros, Manila. [1] [2] He was previously the Chief Operating Officer of the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority. [1] [2]

The Intramuros Administration (IA) is an agency of the Department of Tourism of the Philippines that is mandated to orderly restore, administer, and develop the historic walled area of Intramuros that is situated within the modern City of Manila as well as well as to insure that the 16th- to 19th-century Philippine-Spanish architecture remains the general architectural style of the walled area.

He earned from the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas in Manila the following degrees: BA in Literature, Bachelor of Laws, and Master of Laws (Cum Laude). He is also at present a Professor of Law at the Adamson University College of Law and San Beda College College of Arts and Sciences’ Department of Legal Management, handling subjects such as Commercial Law Review, Banking and Insurance Law and Special Commercial Laws. The patron of the university is St. Thomas Aquinas, while St. Catherine of Alexandria is the patroness.

Adamson University is a private and Catholic university in Manila, Philippines, founded on June 20, 1932, by Greek immigrant George Lucas Adamson as the Adamson School of Industrial Chemistry. On February 5, 1941, the school was granted university status by the Department of Education, and on December 4, 1964, the university was turned over to the Vincentian Fathers of the Congregation of the Mission and was incorporated into the Adamson-Ozanam Education Institutions, Inc. Adamson University is also a Member of the University Athletics Association of the Philippines. Its patron saint is Saint Vincent de Paul.

University of the City of Manila

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila or University of the City of Manila is a city government funded and tuition-free local university situated inside the historic walled area of Intramuros, Manila, Philippines. It was established on June 19, 1965 and opened on July 17, 1967 to 556 scholars, all coming from the top ten percent of graduates of Manila's public high schools.

Prior to his appointment as Administrator of Intramuros, Sardillo was the Executive Director of the Presidential Commission on Good Government from 2010 to 2012

Jose "Junjun" Antiquisa Capistrano, Jr., was the former Administrator of the Intramuros Administration and the current President and CEO of Philippine Pharma Procurement Inc., a subsidiary of the Philippine International Trading Corporation under the Department of Trade and Industry. He was also the Chairman of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts from 1992 to 1996, a Member of the Board of Directors of the Nayong Pilipino Foundation from 1986 to 1986, and Head of the Presidential Task Force under the then Ministry of Human Settlements in 1986, among others.
