Gunter Creek

Gunter Creek is a stream in Barry County of southwest Missouri. [1] The headwaters of Gunter Creek are located south of Butterfield and the stream flows northeast to its confluence with Flat Creek south of McDowell. [2]

The stream source is located at 36°43′47″N93°54′12″W / 36.72972°N 93.90333°W / 36.72972; -93.90333 and the confluence is at 36°48′44″N93°47′57″W / 36.81222°N 93.79917°W / 36.81222; -93.79917 . [1]

Gunter Creek has the name of the pioneer Gunter family. [3]

Turkey Creek is a stream in the Ozarks of southern Missouri and northern Arkansas. It is a tributary of Lake Taneycomo. The stream source is two-thirds of a mile south of the Missouri - Arkansas border in Boone County north of the village of Crest. The Missouri Pacific Railroad line follows the stream course after exiting the Crest railroad tunnel under Arkansas State Route 14 at Crest. North of the state line in Taney County the stream flows north through west Hollister to its confluence with Lake Taneycomo south of Branson. The stream covers a linear distance of 86 mi (138 km) between the border and its confluence.

Wilson Creek is a tributary stream of Temecula Creek, itself a tributary of the Santa Margarita River, in Riverside County, California. Its mouth is at its confluence with the reservoir of Vail Lake on Temecula Creek at an elevation of 1,460 feet (450 m). Its source is located on the south slope of Little Cahuilla Mountain at 33°36′21″N116°48′44″W, at an elevation of 4,880 feet (1,490 m). It descends south and southwest into Reed Valley, then to its confluence with Cahuilla Creek at the head of Wilson Valley. There it turns to flow westward through Wilson Valley and Lancaster Valley to its confluence with Vail Lake.

Clear Creek is a stream in Barry, Lawrence and Newton counties in southwest Missouri. It is a tributary to Shoal Creek.

Little Flat Creek is a stream in Barry County in the Ozarks of south-central Missouri. It is a tributary of Flat Creek.
