HB Reavis was established in 1993 in Bratislava, Slovakia. The parent company of the group is based in Luxembourg. Slovak businessman Ivan Chrenko is majority owner, co-founder, chairman of the board and former CEO (1994-2013). [8] [2] [9] Current CEO is Marian Herman, who replaced Pavel Trenka in 2018. In Germany, HB Reavis worked on the development of the DSTRCT project in Berlin at Landsberger Allee 104 opposite the Velodrom, which completed in 2021. It is part of the Alter Schlachthof development area and includes a renovation of the former pig slaughterhouses of the central cattle and slaughterhouse. In September 2019, HB Reavis announced that the Berlin internet service provider Strato would move its headquarters to the new building complex after completion. [13] In Poland, HB Reavis invested in the high-rise projects Varso Tower and Forest.
Vinohradská 8 is a project of administrative and living houses at the former site of Transgas complex, Prague, the Czech Republic. [29] HB Reavis bought two out of three buildings of the complex in 2014 and decide to demolish them, [30] to be able to replace them by new constructions designed by Jakub Cigler Architects. [31] After the announcement of the intention to demolish the complex of buildings, a wave of resistance arose among experts and laymen. [32] [33] The Club for Old Prague submitted a proposal for the declaration of Transgas as a cultural monument, [34] but it failed. [35] At the end of 2019, most of the structures had already been demolished. [36]

Aupark Tower is a high-rise building in Bratislava located in the district of Petržalka which is a part of the shopping center Aupark. It was built by the HB Reavis Group company in 2007. In 2012, Heitman European Property Partners IV purchased the building for €85.6m. Currently, the office space of the building is occupied by a number of tenants, including Telefónica O2 Slovakia, Eset, Procter & Gamble and AT&T, among others.

Bratislava Central Bus Station was the main bus transport interchange in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. It served both domestic and international intercity bus service. The station building was constructed from 1975 to 1983 in the Nivy neighborhood of the Ružinov borough. It was opened on 15 August 1983 and closed for redevelopment in 2018. The author of the building design and original interior is Valéria Triznová. The station featured numerous shops, fast food kiosks and a restaurant. The bus stands were open 24/7 and the station building closed at 23:00 each night and opened at 04:00 the next day.
Transgas was a high tech building with brutalist elements in the center of Prague, Czech Republic. It was built in 1978 and demolished in 2019. It consisted of a cubic part, which was dark grey. Its facade was covered by small cobble stones. The other two buildings were high with long windows and steel dark construction. The surrounding decoration is symbolically was out of gas pipeline tubes.

Nivy Station, also known as Nivy Centrum, Bus station Nivy, or simply Nivy, is a multifunctional building consisting of a bus station, a shopping center and a market on Mlynské nivy street in Nivy, Ružinov, a borough of Bratislava, Slovakia. The building is located on the site of the original Bratislava Central Bus Station, which was demolished at the end of 2017, and the tentative completion date was originally set for 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the grand opening took place on 30 September 2021. At 3:00 am, the first bus left the station. The construction was carried out by the company HB Reavis, which also constructed a new urban zone called Nové Nivy, in which the complex is located.
The Nivy Tower is a high-rise office skyscraper in Bratislava, Slovakia. Inaugurated in 2020, the building stands at 125 metres (410 ft) tall, being divided into 29 floors, and is the second tallest building in Bratislava and subsequently in Slovakia.
