HCL-SRFI India Tour is a Professional Squash Association multi-city circuit organised in India by HCL and Squash Racquets Federation of India to promote Squash as a sport in the country. The tournament features leading players from Canada, Egypt, France, India, Japan, Russia, Spain and the United States.

History

HCL-SRFI India Tour tournament has been organised from 2019 [1] by HCL and Squash Racquets Federation of India to promote squash in the country. [2] Many national and International players compete in the tournament. [3]

Prize money

HCL-SRFI India Tour Tournament has prize money of $12K for men and women. [4] [5]

Winners

Year 2022- Abhay Singh from India and Kenzy Ayman from Egypt were men and women winners respectively during the first leg of 2022 HCL-SRFI Indian Tour,held in Chennai from September 19 – 23, 2022. [4]

Year 2021 - Velavan Senthilkumar from India and Tanvi Khanna from India were men and women winners respectively during the 2021 HCL-SRFI Indian Tour,held in Chennai from August 23–26. [6]

Indian Squash Academy is a squash training facility established by the Squash Racquets Federation of India (SRFI) in Chennai, India. It has trained several squash players such as Saurav Ghosal, Joshna Chinapa, Dipika Pallikal and Manish Chotrani.

Ong Beng Hee is a Malaysian former professional squash player and coach. Between 2000 and 2006, he won four consecutive Asian Championship titles. In 2002 and 2006 he won gold medals at the Asian Games. He won 11 Professional Squash Association (PSA) Tour titles out of 19 final appearances, and earned a world ranking of No. 7, a career-best. This record of achievements has made him Malaysia's most successful male squash player in history.

She also plays for Columbia Lions squash team which belongs to the Columbia University. She achieved her highest PSA world ranking of 86 in September 2021 and broke into the top 100 for the first time during the 2019-20 PSA World Tour.

2022–23 PSA World Championship Qualifying Event will determine the six qualifiers for the 2022-23 PSA World Championship to be held in Chicago on May 3–11.
