His Royal Majesty Elder Capt. Joseph Ijawperebo Timiyan (JP) Ph.D. (born 27 March 1966) who is the Torububou 1, Agbonu, the Ebenanaowei of Ogulagha Kingdom is the traditional ruler of Ogulagha Kingdom in Delta State, Nigeria. He is the 16th or 19th king of Ogulagha Kingdom depending on how the lineage is counted.
He has been the king since November 12, 2005, marking 19 years on the throne, years that have ushered in peace and progress for the Ogulagha Kingdom.
He also serves as the Chairman of the Delta State Ijaw Traditional Rulers Forum and is a member of the Delta State Traditional Rulers Council.
