HTV7 is a entertainment sociocultural TV channel in Vietnam, broadcast by Ho Chi Minh City Television since 1987.
Television in Vietnam began to appear in the mid-1960s in Saigon, with the appearance of Saigon Television Station. In 1970, in the North, Voice of Vietnam broadcast the first test television program. In the late 1970s, color television was introduced and broadcast experimentally. Today, television in Vietnam is available in many modes of broadcasting, with many national and local channels, broadcast or pay with more than 200 channels available to viewers. Vietnam completed the digital television transitions on December 28, 2020.
VTV3 is a state-owned Vietnamese television channel owned by the Vietnam Television, launched officially on 31 March 1996. As the country's first ever sports and entertainment dedicated channel, it broadcasts sporting events and entertainment-oriented programs including music, game shows, leisure & lifestyles, nationally produced, as well as American and Asian series.

Vũ Minh Sơn was a Vietnamese singer. He was also the son of singers Minh Cảnh and Kiều My. By the age of six he started performing and singing traditional Vietnamese Cải lương music and Vietnamese pop songs under the stage name Cảnh Sơn. Sơn travelled throughout the country with a group of famous singers and comedians such as Siu Black, Thanh Lam, Quang Linh, Minh Thuận, Duy Ngọc, Duy Phương, Hương Loan, Ngọc Thành and his sister Kiều Nhi, and became well-known for performing covers of "Lòng mẹ" (Ngọc Sơn) and "Còn thương rau đắng mọc sau hè" (Bắc Sơn).
Paris By Night 89: In Korea is a Paris By Night program that was filmed at the Olympic Fencing Gymnasium at the Olympic Park in Seoul, South Korea on Sunday, July 1, 2007. It is Thúy Nga's first venture into Asia to tape a Paris By Night program. Thúy Nga chose to tape at South Korea, rather than any other country in Asia simply because of the popularity of Korean actors and singers to the Vietnamese community. The program is directed by a Korean director, Seounghyun Oh. It is Thúy Nga's fourth "Live" show.
Paris By Night 100: Ghi Nhớ Một Chặng Đường is a Paris By Night program produced by Thúy Nga Productions that was filmed at the Planet Hollywood Theatre for the Performing Arts in Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino from July 3–4, 2010 and released DVD on October 7, 2010. The show was hosted by emcees Nguyễn Ngọc Ngạn and Nguyễn Cao Kỳ Duyên.
