Bashir Ahmed (born 1 August 1960 in Bilasipara, Assam) is an All India United Democratic Front politician from Assam. He was elected in Assam Legislative Assembly election in 2006, 2011, 2016 and 2021 from Bilasipara West constituency. [3] [4] [5]

Hatsingimari is the headquarter of South Salmara-Mankachar District (Assam), India. Previously, it was the headquarter of South Salmara Mankachar Subdivision. Aziz Ahmed Khan is an Indian politician. In 2016, he was elected as MLA of Karimganj South Vidhan Sabha constituency in Assam Legislative Assembly. He is an All India United Democratic Front politician. Just before the 2021 Assembly election, he resigned from the AIUDF and joined the Asom Gana Parishad, but lost to Siddeque Ahmed in the election.
