Hailstorm is the second album recorded by guitarist Ross "the Boss" Friedman and his German band under the moniker, "The Ross the Boss Band".
It was released in the Fall of 2010 to positive reviews. A very positive review came from SMNnews where they said that "The band explore some good German power metal territory with its soaring guitar leads, precise drumming, catchy, anthemic choruses and melodic song structures. The band is more self-assured on their second release. Song writing contributions from the rest of the band has established themselves as important members of the band and not just Ross’ hired hands," concluding with how that if you liked New Metal Leader, you’ll definitely like Hailstorm. [3] A reviewer from Danger Dog mentioned how "Continuing commentaries across the web have been suggesting that both the former and present Boss albums are what more recent Manowar works should or could have been like." [4]

Filter is an American rock band formed in 1993 in Cleveland, Ohio, by singer Richard Patrick and guitarist and programmer Brian Liesegang. The Strange Case Of... is the second studio album by American rock band Halestorm. It was released on April 10, 2012 by Atlantic. A different version of the song "Here's to Us" featuring multiple guests including Slash was included as a bonus track on the reissue version of the standard and deluxe version of the album in 2013. In interviews about the album, Hale noted that the album was heavier than their previous album, but was significantly closer to the sound of them live.
Thunder Rider is the comeback sixth album by German heavy metal band Majesty. It was released on January 4, 2013, through Noiseart Records in both standard and deluxe editions. The deluxe edition included an additional DVD which contained a documentary titled Metal Union. The DVD features interviews with bands and journalists and tries to unveil the secret of heavy metal music. The song, "Metal Union", which concludes the album is a musical conversion of this topic. It features guest appearances by Sven D´Anna (Wizard), Hannes Braun, Mat Sinner, Patrick Fuchs, Andreas Babushkin (Paragon) and Marta Gabriel.
