Bijaya Jena (also known as Dolly Jena or Bijoya Jena, born 16 August in Cuttack, Odisha, is an Indian actor, film director and producer. She won the Indian National Film Award for the Odia language film Tara.
Odisha is one of the 28 states of India, located on the eastern coast. Rangin Jajabara is a 1975 Odia language Indian movie. The music was composed by Akshya Mohanty. It was produced by Bijay Pattnaik, directed by Akshaya Mohanty, Hemanta Das and Bijay Mishra (Trimurty). It stars Sriram Panda, Banaja Mohanty and Tripura Mishra. Jajabar was the first black-and-white film in Odia to be digitally colourised and re-released in the state.
Mihir Kumar Das was an Indian actor who worked in Odia language films of Ollywood industry. He had received several awards, notably Best Actor for his films Laxmi Pratima in 1998 and Pheria Mo Suna Bhauni in 2005 Best Supporting Actor award for his films Rakhi Bandhili Mo Rakhiba Mana in 2002 and Prema Adhei Akhyara and Best Comedian award for Mu Tate Love Karuchhi in 2007 from the Odisha state government.
Bijay Mohanty was an Indian actor in Odia Cinema. He starred in the film Chilika Teerey, which was honored a National Film Award.

Dukhiram Swain was an Indian film and television actor. He was one of the most popular villains in Odia cinema and played a variety of roles most notably as the antagonist in many Odia films and various roles in television serials. He was considered to be one amongst the club of natural actors. He won the National Film Award for Shesha Shrabana (1976), the Orissa State Film Award for Best Supporting Actor and several "Best Villain" awards from State Film Awards and the Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi. He was honoured with the Jayadeva Purashkar of Odisha.
Haata Dhari Chalutha is a 2013 Oriya Drama movie directed by Himansu Parija. It was produced by Anubhav Mohanty & Anuprash Mohanty. The film stars with Anubhav Mohanty and Barsha Priyadarshini in lead roles. The music was given by Prem Anand. The film released on 14 June 2013. The film was a remake of Telugu film Solo.
Luchakali is an Odia drama and thriller film released on 30 March 2012. it features Babushaan, Shriya Jha, Samaresh Routray and Ajit Das in key roles with original music by Anbu Selvam. It is partially inspired by Hollywood thriller Sleeping with the Enemy.
Bibhuti Pattnaik is an Odia novelist and columnist. Entered as a college lecturer in the Dept.of Odia Language and literature in the year 1970 and retired as a Reader, in the year 1995.
Kanhu Charan Mohanty was an Indian Odia language novelist who wrote fifty-six novels in a career spanning over six decades from 1930 to 1985. He is considered "one of the most popular and celebrated novelists of Odisa". Mohanty was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1958 for his novel, Kaa, published in 1956, and was one of the fellows of the Sahitya Akademi. Mohanty died on 6 April 1994 at the age of 87.
Antarleena is a 2015 Indian Odia-language film directed by Manas Sahoo, produced by Alina Samal, and written by Sarojini Pattayat. The film stars Soumya Ranjan in the lead role, with Bijay Mohanty, Lipsa Bhawani, Dharitri, Ansuman, Auro Varat Patnaik, Subham, and Sai in supporting roles. The story is based on the point of view from an autistic savant child who is at first not accepted by society but goes on to become a writer and philosopher.
Amiya Patnaik was an Indian filmmaker and producer in the Odia film industry called Ollywood. His notable works were Hakim Babu and Tulasi Apa. The former won the 33rd National Film Awards for Best Feature Film in Odia and the latter winning the Odisha State Film Award in Six Categories.

Ajit Das was an Indian actor, director and playwright. He started acting in Ollywood with the Odia film Sindura Bindu. He received the moniker Hakim Babu from the film of the same name.
