The University was established by the Vivian Fowler Trust Foundation [3] in 2015 and is approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Hallmark University commenced its academic activities on 1st March, 2016 with students admitted into its Faculties of Natural and Applied Sciences and Management and Social Sciences.
Hallmark University offers undergraduate programs in various fields, including Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Mass communication, International relations and more. [4]

Panjab University (PU) is an Indian collegiate public state university located in Chandigarh. Funded through both State and Union governments, it is considered a state university. Madonna University is the first Catholic university in Nigeria. It was accredited by National Universities Commission. Madonna University Nigeria has three campuses that are located in Elele - Rivers State, Okija - Anambra State and Akpugo - Enugu State. The campuses have different Faculties with Departments.
