Gazipur is a district in central Bangladesh, that is part of the Dhaka Division. It has an area of 1806.36 km2. It is the home district of Tajuddin Ahmad, the first Prime Minister of Bangladesh and has been a prominent centre of battles and movements throughout history. Gazipur is home to the Bishwa Ijtema, the second-largest annual Muslim gathering in the world with over 5 million attendees. The district is home to numerous universities, colleges, the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Safari Park, Bhawal National Park as well as the country's only business park - the Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City.

Rajosik Bihar is a sculpture of a horse-drawn carriage made by Mrinal Haque. It is situated in front of the Sheraton Hotel at the junction of Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue and Mintu Road in Dhaka city's Paribagh. It was erected on the theme of the regal tour of Dhaka city with the families of Nawabs and Zamindars. The sculpture was unveiled on 19 January 2008, as part of the beautification project to mark the 400th anniversary of the city of Dhaka, led by city corporation. This was one of sculptures erected by Haque's private funding.

Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City Railway Station is a B class railway station in Bangladesh located on the western side of Bangabandhu Hi-Tech City in Kaliakair Upazila of Gazipur District. The station was inaugurated on 1 November 2018. It is regarded as a ghost station now.
Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed Park or in short Shahabuddin Park, is an urban park located in the Gulshan 2 area of Dhaka, Bangladesh. In 2008 the lake was named Shahabuddin Ahmed lake, around which the park was founded in 2020 on a 9.45 acres (3.82 ha) of land. The park was named Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed Park after the former Chief Justice and President of Bangladesh, Shahabuddin Ahmed. The park houses a small gym, a bookstore, a prayer room and a cafe with indoor and outdoor sitting arrangements. The park was a part of the Green Dhaka campaign, in which the main pond was cleaned and various trees were planted; this renovation cost €500,000–2,000,000.
BD Clean is a volunteer-based youth organization working to establish Bangladesh as a clean country. Every Friday, the organization selects a specific place in the country to clean. It also works to educate the local people about the benefits of a clean environment, and encourages them to properly dispose of garbage instead of littering.

The park was named Shahid Dr. Fazle Rabbi Park after the renowned cardiologist and martyred intellectual in the liberation war of Bangladesh, Mohammed Fazle Rabbee.
