Berktan studied Business Administration and Management, General at Istanbul University, Turkey. She speaks German and English fluently.

She is currently[ when? ] presenting the program İş Dünyası [3] every Monday and Friday at Bloomberg HT in Istanbul, Turkey.

Mükemmel (Perfect) is the eleventh studio album by Turkish singer Hande Yener. It was released on 2 June 2014 by Poll Production. After working with Sinan Akçıl on her three previous studio albums, Yener ended her friendship with Akçıl and after it became evident that the two would not work together on any projects again, in May 2013 she released the new single "Ya Ya Ya Ya", which was written by Berksan. Following the single's release, she began working on her new studio album, and after years she took new songs from Altan Çetin with whom she had worked on a number of her early albums. Alongside Çetin, Mert Ekren and Volga Tamöz joined the album's personnel as songwriters.

Kerem Bürsin is a Turkish actor, known for his work predominantly in films, television and streaming series. Hande Kader was a politically active Turkish transgender woman. Kader was familiar to millions of Turks as a figurehead for the LGBT community after being photographed at the forefront of the resistance against police forces suppressing the 2015 Gay Pride event in Istanbul. In August 2016, she was reported missing by her flatmate when she failed to return home the following week. Her body was found raped, mutilated, and burnt by the roadside in the Zekeriyaköy up-market on 12 August 2016. Despite being badly mutilated, Kader's body was identified by prosthetics at the city morgue by Dengiler.
