Hattie Stewart is an illustrator and artist. She is best known for a technique called 'doodle-bombs', where she illustrates over magazine covers,newspapers and photos.
A native of Colchester, [1] Stewart studied illustration at Kingston University, from which she graduated in 2010, and is now based in London, United Kingdom. [2]
She is best known for her so-called 'doodle-bombs' where she illustrates over magazine covers, [3] as well as her playful and brightly coloured iconography. [4] Stewart's art has been featured in numerous advertising campaigns, [5] [6] painted as large-scale murals [7] [8] and used as print designs on clothing [9] and footwear. [10] [11] In 2021, she was commissioned to create the design for a basketball court in Portsmouth. Her commission was financed by a crowdfunding campaign. [12] In 2023, the video game Fall Guys did a collaboration with her.
Her work is often created with acrylic pens from the brand POSCA. [13]
Catherine Greenaway was an English Victorian artist and writer, known for her children's book illustrations. She received her education in graphic design and art between 1858 and 1871 from the Finsbury School of Art, the South Kensington School of Art, the Heatherley School of Art, and the Slade School of Fine Art. She began her career designing for the burgeoning greetings card market, producing Christmas and Valentine's cards. In 1879 wood-block engraver and printer Edmund Evans printed Under the Window, an instant best-seller, which established her reputation. Her collaboration with Evans continued throughout the 1880s and 1890s.

Tweenies is a British live-action puppet children's television series created by Will Brenton and Iain Lauchlan. The programme was focused on four preschool-aged characters, known as the "Tweenies"; Bella, Milo, Fizz & Jake, whilst playing, singing, dancing and learning in a fictional playgroup based in England. They are cared for by two adult Tweenies; Max & Judy and their dogs; Doodles and Izzles.
A Google Doodle is a special, temporary alteration of the logo on Google's homepages intended to commemorate holidays, events, achievements, and historical figures. The first Google Doodle honored the 1998 edition of the long-running annual Burning Man event in Black Rock City, Nevada, and was designed by co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin to notify users of their absence in case the servers crashed. Early marketing employee Susan Wojcicki then spearheaded subsequent Doodles, including an alien landing on Google and additional custom logos for major holidays. Google Doodles were designed by an outside contractor, cartoonist Ian David Marsden until 2000, when Page and Brin asked public relations officer Dennis Hwang to design a logo for Bastille Day. Since then, a team of employees called Doodlers have organized and published the Doodles.

Edmund Evans was an English wood-engraver and colour printer during the Victorian era. He specialized in full-colour printing, a technique which, in part because of his work, became popular in the mid-19th century. He employed and collaborated with illustrators such as Walter Crane, Randolph Caldecott, Kate Greenaway and Richard Doyle to produce what are now considered to be classic children's books. Little is known about his life, although he wrote a short autobiography before his death in 1905 in which he described his life as a printer in Victorian London.
