Heido Vitsur (born 28 March 1944 Tartu) is an Estonian economist and politician. In 1992, he was Minister of Economy. He was a member of VII Riigikogu. [1]

This marked the first time Estonian league football was played indoor. The season concluded on 10 November 2018. Flora were the defending champions. Nõmme Kalju won their 2nd Meistriliiga title completing an entire season undefeated.

Electoral district no. 11 is one of the 12 multi-member electoral districts of the Riigikogu, the national legislature of Estonia.
