Hemen Halder is a Bangladeshi United Protestant bishop. He is the current Bishop of Kushtia of Church of Bangladesh. Halder was elected as the bishop of Kushtia on November 10, 2018, and consecrated on January 27, 2019. [1]

The Church of Bangladesh Metropolitan Diocese of Dhaka is the metropolitan and main diocese of Church of Bangladesh that was erected in 1956 by dividing the Diocese of Calcutta; the diocese and covered all of East Pakistan after the partition of India. It was a part of the Anglican Church of India, Pakistan, Burma and Ceylon until the formation of the united Protestant Church of Pakistan in 1970, which merged Lutheran, Anglican, and Presbyterian denominations in that country. The Church of Bangladesh Diocese of Kushtia is one of three dioceses of the Church of Bangladesh. It was formed in 1990 out of the Diocese of Dhaka, and its first three bishops each went on to become archbishop of Dhaka and primate & moderator of the Church of Bangladesh.

Michael S. Baroi, commonly known as Bishop Baroi is a bishop of Church of Bangladesh. He was the 1st Bishop of Kushtia and the 3rd Bishop of Dhaka and 2nd Primate & Moderator of synod. Bishop Baroi retired from synod due to illness on early 2007 and now acting as emeritus Bishop of Kushtia.
