The mini challenge sees the queens audition to dance in The Nutsmacker, a parody of The Nutcracker . Anastarzia Anaquway and BOA win the challenge and are made team captains for the maxi challenge. [4]

For the maxi challenge the queens act in two scenes parodying Heritage Minutes , a series of Canadian television short films about people and events in Canada's history. Team Anastarzia, which includes Kiara, Lemon, Rita Baga, and Tynomi Banks, perform the scene "I Smell Burnt Tucks", a parody of the "burnt toast" Heritage Minute about Dr. Wilder Penfield. [2] [4] [5] Team BOA, which includes Ilona Verley, Jimbo, Kyne, Priyanka, and Scarlett BoBo, perform the scene "Muffragettes", a parody of Nellie McClung and the suffragist movement in Manitoba. [2] [6] The "Muffragettes" scene also contains musical sister act Vegan and Tara, a reference to Canadian musical sister duo Tegan and Sara. [2]

On the runway the category is "Not My First Time in Drag" where the queens must recreate and elevate their first drag looks, with the original photo shown. BOA, Kiara, Kyne, Lemon, Priyanka, and Tynomi Banks are chosen as the best and worst performers of the week, with Lemon winning the challenge. [2]

Kyne and Tynomi Banks are up for elimination and lip sync to the Ultra Naté, Amber, and Jocelyn Enriquez version of Gordon Lightfoot's "If You Could Read My Mind." Tynomi Banks wins the lip sync and Kyne is eliminated. [3] [4]
