Hesham Youssef is an Egyptian diplomat. His current position is the Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs at the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). His previous position was chief of staff to the Secretary-General of the Arab League. Youssef's career as a diplomat began when in 1985 he joined the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt. He went on to work at the Egyptian Embassy in Canada and then at Egyptian mission to the WTO in Geneva. He joined the Arab League as an official spokesman in 2001.
Youssef holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Cairo University, a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from St. John's College, New Mexico, and a Master's degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo. [1]
Amr Moussa is an Egyptian politician and diplomat who was the Secretary-General of the Arab League, a 22-member forum representing Arab states, from 1 June 2001 to 1 July 2011. Previously he served in the government of Egypt as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1991 to 2001. On 8 September 2013, he was elected president of the committee of 50 that will amend the Egyptian constitution.
Ahmed Aboul Gheit is an Egyptian politician and diplomat who has been Secretary-General of the Arab League since July 2016. He was reappointed for a second term on 3 March 2021. Aboul-Gheit served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt from 11 July 2004 to 6 March 2011. Previously, between 1999 and 2004, he was Egypt's Permanent Representative to the United Nations. He was succeeded as Minister of Foreign Affairs by ICJ judge Nabil Elaraby in March 2011, following the overthrow of President Hosni Mubarak. He was elected Secretary-General of the Arab League in March 2016, and his term commenced on 3 July 2016.

Mahmoud Riad was an Egyptian diplomat. He was Egyptian ambassador to United Nations from 1962 to 1964, Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1964 to 1972, and Secretary-General of the League of Arab States from 1972 to 1979.
Abdul Munim Riad was a general and chief of staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces. Riad commanded the Jordanian forces in the 1967 Six-Day War and later commanded Egyptian forces in the War of Attrition, during which he was killed along with several of his aides in 1969. That day is commemorated in Egypt as the Egyptian Martyr's Day.
Tawfeeq Ahmed Khalil Almansoor is a Bahraini diplomat. He served as the permanent Ambassador to the United Nations for Bahrain from 2003 to 2011.
