The Higher Committee of Human Fraternity (HCHF) is an independent body of world religious, academic and cultural leaders created on 19 August 2019 [1] based on the Document on Human Fraternity signed by the Pope Francis and Ahmed el-Tayed. The aim of the committee is to implement the purposes [2] set out in the Document on Human Fraternity at the international level. [3] [4]

The Abrahamic Family House is an interfaith complex on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. The undertaking was inspired by the Document on Human Fraternity signed by Pope Francis on behalf of the Catholic Church and Ahmed El-Tayeb on behalf of the al-Azhar Mosque on 4 February 2019 in Abu Dhabi. <span class="mw-page-title-main">Year of Zayed</span> 2018 centenary birth anniversary celebrations of Sheikh Zayed in the United Arab Emirates

Year of Zayed was observed throughout 2018 in the United Arab Emirates to celebrate the centenary birth anniversary of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan al-Nahyan, the tribal leader and politician who founded the United Arab Emirates in 1971 and served as its inaugural president until his death in 2004. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed, his son and the-then president issued directives in 2017 that designated the consecutive year in honor of his legacy. It was held under four main themes, namely wisdom, respect, sustainability and human development.
