Hollyhill Hummingbird Farm, a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit corporation, is an educational farm located in Santa Rosa, California. [1] Its focus is on biodynamics, sustainability, and the ethical treatment of life. [2]

About

The Farm was founded in 2011, by Dave West, an aerospace engineer. [3] The original location of the farm was at the corner of Rainbow Dr and Bubb Rd in Cupertino, California. [4] The farm moved in 2015 to Santa Rosa, California.

Hollyhill Hummingbird Farm's symbol of a hummingbird comes from the philosophy of symbiosis. [5] The Farm grows fruit, vegetables, nuts, herbs, and grains with the help of community volunteers. [6]

Stevens Creek Reservoir is an artificial lake located in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains near Cupertino, California. A 1,063-acre (430 ha) county park surrounds the reservoir and provides limited fishing, picnicking, hiking, and horseback riding activities. Although swimming is not allowed, non-power boating is allowed for certain parts of the year. No powered boats or jet skis are allowed. All vessels must be inspected for invasive Quagga mussels prior to launch.

Stevens Creek is a 20.9-mile-long (33.6 km) stream in Santa Clara County, California. The creek originates in the Santa Cruz Mountains on the western flank of Black Mountain in the Monte Bello Open Space Preserve near the terminus of Page Mill Road at Skyline Boulevard. It flows southeasterly through the Stevens Creek County Park before turning northeast into Stevens Creek Reservoir. It then continues north for 12.5 miles (20.1 km) through Cupertino, Los Altos, Sunnyvale and Mountain View before emptying into the San Francisco Bay at the Whisman Slough, near Google's main campus.

She served as president of the California Equal Suffrage Association and directed the work which won the ballot for women of the state. She was also active in the cause of temperance and peace work. Watson owned and managed a fruit farm in Cupertino, California.
