Hubert Sonnek

Hubert Sonnek (born 11 February 1962) is a retired Czech race walker. Born in Strahovice, he represented the club PSK Olymp Praha. [1]

Sonnek finished 18th at the 1991 World Championships (50 km), [2] ninth at the 1994 European Championships (20 km), [3] 21st at the 1995 World Championships (20 km) and 32nd at the 1996 Olympic Games (20 km). He also competed at the IAAF World Race Walking Cup in 1997 and 1999 in the 20 kilometres race. [2] He became Czechoslovak champion in 1989 (50 km), [4] and Czech champion seven times. [5]

Miguel Ángel Prieto Adanero is a race walker from Spain, who represented his native country at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, Spain, where he came tenth overall. He was a four-time Spanish indoor champion in the 5000 m walk and won the outdoor 20 km national title in 1990.

Sándor Urbanik is a retired male race walker from Hungary. He competed in four consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 1988. He is married to fellow Hungarian race walker Mária Urbanik. He was a bronze medallist in the 5000 m walk at the 1988 European Athletics Indoor Championships, held in his native Hungary.

He also finished 34th at the 1995 IAAF World Race Walking Cup. In 1996 he finished 48th at the 1996 Olympic Games (20 km). He also competed at the 1997 IAAF World Race Walking Cup. He became Czech champion in 1997 (20 km).

Pavol Szikora was a Slovak race walker. He was born in Lučenec and represented the club Dukla Banská Bystrica.

Godfried Dejonckheere is a retired Belgian race walker.

Raymond Christopher Middleton was a British racewalker. He represented Great Britain at the 1964 Summer Olympics in the 50 kilometres race walk. He was also a six-time participant at the IAAF World Race Walking Cup between 1961 and 1973. He took silver medals at the 1963 IAAF World Race Walking Cup and 1966 British Empire and Commonwealth Games.
