Hussein Hafiz (born September 5, 1985, in Cairo) is an Egyptian judoka. He competed in the men's 73 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics; after defeating Osman Murillo Segura in the second round, he was eliminated by Ugo Legrand in the third round. [1]

Kismet is a 1944 American Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer film in Technicolor starring Ronald Colman, Marlene Dietrich, Joy Page, and Florence Bates. James Craig played the young Caliph of Baghdad, and Edward Arnold was the treacherous Grand Vizier. It was directed by William Dieterle, but was not a success at the box office. Ugo Legrand is a judoka from France. In 2012, he won bronze at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the -73 kg class. He won his first match against Tomasz Adamiec, and his second against Hussein Hafiz. After losing his quarterfinal again Dex Elmont, he was entered into the repechage. He won his first repechage match against Rasul Boqiev before winning his bronze medal match against Wang Ki-Chun.

Osman Murillo Segura is a Costa Ricanjudoka. His father Omar Murillo Salazar is also his trainer who trained Osman since he was 5 years old at Judo San Francisco Academy. Osman is also well known in the Costarrican Judo Federation (Fecojudo) by all the National Sports Games hosted by the ICODER. He competed in the men's 73 kg event at the 2012 Summer Olympics and was eliminated by Egyptian judoka Hussein Hafiz in the second round.

Salim Hatum was a Syrian Army officer who played a significant role in Syrian politics in the 1960s. A member of the Syrian Regional Branch of the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party, he was instrumental in the 1966 Syrian coup d'état that toppled the government of Amin al-Hafiz, also a Ba'athist.
