ICE List is a website that was established in June 2025 created by Dominick Skinner, an immigration activist from Ireland living in the Netherlands, [1] that compiles a database and wiki publishing personal information, names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of ICE agents. As of January 2026 [update] , the site has published the names of 4,500 people alleged to be involved with ICE. [2]
Several hours after the release of the Department of Homeland Security employee data leak, ICE List was taken down by a direct denial of service attack. It was widely speculated to have originated from Russia; however, the site's owner stated that due to the use of proxies, it was impossible to determine the source. He also stated that an attack of that length was "sophisticated". [3]
