IFK Motala is a sports club in Motala, Sweden, founded in 1932 and practicing bandy and soccer. IFK Motala's bandy team currently plays in Elitserien, and home games are played at the Motala Isstadion. The club won the men's Swedish Bandy Championship in 1987. [1]

IFK Motala was founded in 1932. [2] On 26 April 2024 the bandy team announced its withdrawal from Elitserien for the 2024–2025, following Motala Municipality rejecting construction of an indoor arena. Instead, the team would voluntary be regulated to Division 1. [3] [4]

IFK Uppsala Bandy is the bandy department of the IFK Uppsala sports club. The club was founded in 1895 and based in Uppsala, Sweden. The club played bandy, association football and athletics already from the start. IFK was one of the major clubs in all of these sports in the first half of the 20th century. In the 1940s it was also successful in handball.

IF Göta is a sports club in Karlstad, Sweden, founded in 1904. In the beginning, the club practised football and athletics. The club used to have a successful team in bandy, becoming Swedish champions six times, but now is only concentrated on athletics. The bandy department was merged with IF Boltic to form BS BolticGöta.

The 2014–15 Elitserien was the eighth season of the present highest Swedish men's bandy top division, Elitserien. The regular season began on 24 October 2014, and the final was played at Tele2 Arena in Stockholm on 14 March 2015.

Nässjö IF, full name Nässjö Idrottsförening, is a sports club in Nässjö, Sweden, mostly active with playing bandy. The club colours are blue and yellow, but the team uniforms are often in blue and white. The club was founded in 1899. The club is playing the home games at Stinsen Arena, which is named for Lennart "Stinsen" Israelsson, who donated 1 million SEK to the project.
