INC Architecture and Design, PLLC (INC) is an architecture and design studio based in New York City. Notable projects include 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, Rockefeller Center Rink Level Concourse, and the TWA Hotel. [1]

The name INC is an acronym, using Latin terms to represent three aspects vital to design: Iucunditas, for joy; Necessarius, for utility; and Creo, for craft.

Cobe is a Copenhagen-based architectural firm owned and managed by architect Dan Stubbergaard. As of 2020, the office has 150 employees and is involved in a large number of projects throughout Europe and North America within urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture and interior design.

Amale Andraos is a New York-based architect. She was dean of the Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (2014-2021) and serves as advisor to the Columbia Climate School. She is the co-founder of the New York City architecture firm WORKac with her husband, Dan Wood. Her impact on architectural practice around the world was recognized when she was named Honorary Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada in 2021.

Karla Maria S. Rothstein is an American architect and adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, where she is also the founder and director of Columbia University's trans-disciplinary DeathLAB Rothstein is also the co-founder of Latent Productions, an architecture, research, and development firm in New York City, which she co-founded in 1999 with Salvatore Perry. A significant focus of her architecture practice, research, and teaching has been redefining urban spaces of death and remembrance.

Winka Dubbeldam is a Dutch architectural designer and academic. After her education in architectural design at Columbia University, she established her own firm, Archi-Tectonics, in 1994 in New York City. Her use of a combination of sustainable materials, innovative and inventive building methods with adoption of digital techniques has rewarded her with many accolades for her architectural projects. She has earned a reputation as a leading figure in modern architectural designs which has also made her "a real estate newsmaker". She is a Professor and Chair of architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also the RIBA External Examiner for the Bartlett UCL London [2018-2022], the Creative Director for the Venice Biennale Virtual Italian Pavilion [2021]. Her Ted talk “Crowdfunding Urban Planning” was in TED Global in Edinburgh Scotland 2013.

Ben Weprin is the founder and CEO of AJ Capital Partners, a private real estate investment company based in Nashville. Weprin and AJ Capital founded Graduate Hotels in 2014, later selling it to Hilton Worldwide in 2024.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">TWA Hotel</span> Hotel in Queens, New York

TWA Hotel is a hotel at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Queens, New York City, that opened on May 15, 2019. It uses the head house of the TWA Flight Center, designed by the architect Eero Saarinen and completed in 1962, and two flanking buildings added for the hotel project. It contains a total of 512 rooms, as well as conference space, several restaurants, and an aviation history museum.

Kaynemaile is a chainmail fabric consisting of polycarbonate interlinked rings connected together by liquid-state assembly to form a flexible mesh sheet. It is made from polycarbonate and used in the architecture and design industry. It was invented by Kayne Horsham in 2004.

The Urban Conga is a New York City based multidisciplinary design studio focused on investigating the idea of a “Playable City” as an ecosystem of multiscale playable opportunities intertwined within the existing urban infrastructure. They specialize in working with communities to create inclusive, engaging, and site-specific work that evokes play within everyday spaces. Their work can be found worldwide ranging from musical benches to community-designed spatial interventions.

Suchi Reddy is an Indian-American architect and artist. She is the founder of Reddymade, an architecture, design and public art practice based in New York City. Select projects include "me + you," the Google Store NYC, the Connective Project, the Cherokee Residence, the Salt Point Residence, and the amenities in the Estates at Acqualina.

Heather Dubbeldam, OAA, FRAIC, LEED AP, WELL AP is a Canadian architect based in Toronto. She received the 2016 Prix de Rome in Architecture for her research on sustainable housing. In 2003, Dubbeldam founded Dubbeldam Architecture + Design a midsized multidisciplinary firm. Prior to starting her own firm, she worked for Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg (KPMB), where she gained her architectural license. Beyond architectural practice, Dubbeldam contributes to the architectural community as a volunteer on various boards. These boards include: Building Equality in Architecture Toronto (BEAT), Twenty + Change, and the Design Industry Advisory Committee (DIAC). Her volunteering also includes affiliations with multiple architectural schools as a critic and advisory council member. In 2024, Heather was selected by the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) to receive the King Charles III Coronation Medal for Architecture, recognizing her contributions to the profession and the community.

Adam Sokol is an American architect and founder of the Adam Sokol Architecture Practice (asap/). Considered one of the leading architects of his generation, he is known for implementing a sophisticated geometry to his designs that draws from ancient and classical architecture.

Thomas Morbitzer is an American architect and designer based in New York City. He is the co-founder of AMMOR Architecture. He is a founding board member of the Williamsburg Biannual, an artist space in Brooklyn, New York and serves as its Secretary and Treasurer.
