I Believe is the second studio album of the Christian hip hop/Christian Rock band, Rapture Ruckus, from Wellington New Zealand. Released through Parachute Records, the album won the 2006 Gospel/Christian Album of the Year at the New Zealand Music Awards. The single "Lose Control" charted at #7 on the NZ iTunes video charts. Following the success of Rapture Ruckus's first album, the self-titled Rapture Ruckus in 2001, the band was signed by Parachute Records in 2004. In late 2005, they started recording I Believe in a studio in Wellington New Zealand. Midway during the production of the album, a limited edition EP was released at the 2006 Parachute Music Festival. The EP helped build anticipation of I Believe, and the album was released on November 30, 2006. The first single, also titled "I Believe," gained some national airplay but did not chart. "Freight Train" and "Lose Control" were also released as singles.
The album went on to become the best selling Christian Album in New Zealand for the next six months[ citation needed ] and won the Band the 2006 Gospel/Christian Album of the Year at the New Zealand Music Awards. [2] [3]
Blindspott is an alternative metal band from West Auckland, New Zealand. After performing under the name Blacklistt for several years, the original line-up got back together in 2018. The band was formed in 1997 with members Damian Alexander (vocals), Marcus Powell, Shelton Woolright (drums), Gareth Fleming (bass) and Karl Vilisini, also known as DJ Dlay.

Parachute Music Festival was a Christian music festival held annually in New Zealand between 1992 - 2014. Originally starting in Waikanae, the event moved to Matamata in 1995, and then finally to Mystery Creek Events Centre, Hamilton, New Zealand where it was held from 2004 - 2014. The three-day festival was run by Parachute Music, and ran annually in late January, on the weekend before Auckland Anniversary Day,. The event was one of the largest Christian music festivals outside of the United States and it was one of the largest multi-day festivals in the Southern Hemisphere. As well as musicians, it also featured guest speakers.
The Chills are a New Zealand rock band that formed in Dunedin in 1980. The band is essentially the continuing project of singer/songwriter Martin Phillipps, who is the group's sole constant member. For a time in the 1990s, the act was billed as Martin Phillipps & The Chills. Juliagrace is a New Zealand professional speaker and award-winning singer and songwriter. At the age three, she played the piano and performed to large crowds at twelve. I Believe won an award for Best Gospel/Christian Album at the New Zealand Music Awards, Rapture Ruckus Live at World's End debuted at No. 7 on the New Zealand album charts and Rapture Ruckus (2010) was nominated for a Dove Award for Best Rap/Hip Hop Album. Headed by Brad Dring, they have been a headline act at Parachute Music Festival several times and now in the US at Jesus Jam, Creation Festival, Sonshine Festival Three Rivers Festival and Festival One.
Live At World's End is the third album of the New Zealand Christian Hip Hop/ Rock band Rapture Ruckus. Released on 8 December 2008 the album it made a debut in the NZ Top 40 at #7 and #16 on the IMNZ independent chart. The album was a Live CD/ DVD of their performance at the Parachute Music festival in Hamilton, New Zealand in the January 2008 in front of a crowd of some 25,000 people. The album had two new songs "One" and "No Matter What." Brad Dring later referred to the Show as;

Broods is a New Zealand musical duo from Nelson, composed of Georgia Josiena Nott on lead vocals, with older brother and multi-instrumentalist Caleb Allan Joseph Nott on production and backing vocals. They released the single "Bridges", which went to No. 8 on the New Zealand singles chart, and signed with Capitol and Polydor Records. They released their self-titled debut EP, Broods, on 30 January 2014, which was followed by a full-length album, Evergreen, on 22 August 2014. The band has toured with Ellie Goulding, Haim, Sam Smith, Tove Lo and Taylor Swift. They have won ten New Zealand Music Awards. On 24 June 2016, Broods released their second album, Conscious. They released their third album Don't Feed the Pop Monster on 1 February 2019.
Invader Volume 1 is the fourth extended play from the New Zealand Christian hip hop band Rapture Ruckus. It released on 25 February 2014 by BEC Recordings. The EP charted at No. 61 on the Billboard 200, and it was awarded four star ratings from Indie Vision Music, Jesus Freak Hideout and New Release Tuesday, a three-and-a-half star rating from AllMusic and a three star rating from CCM Magazine.
Paul Michael Matthews is a New Zealand musician, songwriter, and record producer based in London (UK). He co-founded I Am Giant in 2008 and is the band's bass guitarist and songwriter. He was also the bass guitarist for New Zealand bands Stylus and Tadpole. Matthews also began producing records in 2002 with Blindspott's Self-titled Triple Platinum debut album. Matthews has since produced music for Six 60, Opshop and Setting Fire to Stacey among others.
Maverick City Music is an American contemporary worship music collective founded by Tony Brown and Jonathan Jay originating from Atlanta. The collective made its debut in 2019 with the release of two extended plays, Maverick City, Vol. 1 and Maverick City, Vol. 2. In 2020, Maverick City Music released two live albums: Maverick City Vol. 3 Part 1 and Maverick City, Vol. 3 Pt. 2, with the former featuring the singles, "Man of Your Word" and "Promises". The collective later released their first collaborative EP with Upperroom, You Hold It All Together (2020) which was followed by the holiday-themed EP, Maverick City Christmas (2020). In 2021, Maverick City Music released several projects, the most notable being their second collaborative EP with Upperroom, Move Your Heart; a collaborative album with Elevation Worship titled Old Church Basement which contained the hit songs "Jireh", "Talking to Jesus" and "Wait on You"; and Jubilee: Juneteenth Edition, which attained commercial success and garnered widespread critical acclaim.
