I Miss You, I Miss You! (Swedish: Jag saknar dig, jag saknar dig!) is a novel by Swedish author Peter Pohl and Kinna Gieth (1992).
Cilla and Tina are thirteen years old and identical twin sisters. As they hurry to catch the bus to school one day, Cilla is run over by a car and killed. Left behind is Tina, who now has to find her balance in life without her sister. The book follows the sisters during the months leading up to Cilla's death, and Tina's first year without her.
Kinna Gieth and her twin sister Jenny read Peter Pohl's novel Alltid den där Annette, in which Annette loses her twin. While reading it, Kinna and Jenny talked about how neither one of them would be able to go on living if the other died. Just weeks later Jenny died, and Kinna contacted Pohl and asked him to help her write their story. Pohl used Kinna's letters, poems written by the twins and their diaries, and conversations with Kinna to form the basis of the book.
The novel was made a movie by Swedish director Anders Grönros in 2010. The film, called I Miss You (Jag saknar dig), was released in 2011. [1]
Peter Pohl is a Swedish author and former director and screenwriter of short films. He has received prizes for several of his books and films, as well as for his entire work. From 1966 until his retirement in 2005, he was lecturer in Numerical analysis at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Sannex is a dansband from Sweden. The band was formed as a school project in 1977. In the mid-1980s, it was a six-man band, which invested in a professional career. Anna Katarina "Kinna" Gieth Castellano, known as Kinna Gieth, is a Swedish writer. She was awarded the August Prize for children's and young adult literature in 1992 for her book I Miss You, I Miss You!, jointly with her co-author Peter Pohl. Aged only sixteen at the time, she is the youngest ever recipient of the August Prize, one of Sweden's most prestigious literary prizes. The book is a novel for young adults. It is semi-autobiographical and inspired by her life following the death of her twin sister Jenny in a traffic accident at the age of thirteen. In the autumn of 1990 Gieth, then aged fourteen, wrote to her favourite author, the established writer Peter Pohl, wondering if he could help her writing a book about her grief and life following the death of her sister. The book has been translated into German, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, Finnish, Icelandic, English, and Slovene. After the German translation was published, she also received the Deutscher Jugendliteraturpreis in 1995. In 2011 her book was adapted into a motion picture, Jag saknar dig, directed by Anders Grönros.
